My username is Bantam24 and I play global on my phone whenever I have spare time. Currently playing mostly 50NL. I received the email below just now and I can’t login. Completely shocked. I have no clue what they can possibly be talking about? This makes me sick to my stomach as I have grinded almost 2k in my account over the last year or so. What can I do? I have emailed them back and told them to call me? help!!!!!! smh

I can't believe that you have "no idea" why you were banned. Please think about it. Has anyone else ever played with your account? Did you ever have another account on Global? Were you even banned from Chumba Casino? Have you ever used software helps while playing? Do you have a joint bank account with someone else who may have played on Global? Please think about it.

No one has ever played with my account. Never was banned. Never used software. I play on my iPhone and play 1-4 tables at a time usually for short stints.. a long session for me would be 1-1.5 hours these days. It logs in through Facebook which is how I had it setup a pretty long time ago. Definitely don’t have a joint bank account.. unless my wife has secretly started taking up poker, lol. 0 chance.

I have played online poker for a long time, mostly during the golden 2004-2008 era. Now, it’s mostly for fun and making a little during free times.

The only thing I can think of is that I have a link on my phone to global.. when I click it.. it opens up a tab on my phone in safari. Once in a while I’ll click on it and there is a global tab already open from when I got off my phone and never closed so maybe it tries to login again when I’m already logged in? I assume this type of thing happens to me somewhat frequently though.

I’m going to be optimistic and see if they respond and fix this soon. If not, this would be the most absurd thing ever. Has anyone else had a similar issue? What other things could it be?

I hope this all gets fixed so you can get back to playing on Global.

Issue was resolved thankfully! Wish I knew if it was something I could prevent, but happy that they fixed.

Please accept our apologies for the miscommunication that occurred.

We have reviewed your situation and it seems that was an internal mistake. We have reinstated your Global Poker account and its full privileges.

Our sincere apologies, best of luck at the tables.

Johnny

They could have just held his funds and let him play while they reexamined it.
