Wow unreal response Joey! How about hiring someone halfway competent with all the ****ing ridiculously high rake we pay!

Can't replicate the bug?

I don't know even one other person who has lobbies that work/update properly, and I have never across every possible combination of browser and operating system had lobbies function/update properly.

If anyone on this forum has ever experienced properly functioning lobbies, please, please, post in this thread letting us know.

I know your job is difficult Joey, and many times people on here are calling for information that you don't have, or improvements that aren't possible or financially viable, but outright lies are usually not the way to go...

If your devs can't replicate the bug within the dev environment, maybe have one person play an actual tournament through a browser like the rest of us and then you'll see what we are saying is true, and then work backwards from there?

I also have the bug. The tournament lobbies do not update with # of people left after about 5 or 10 minutes of being open. You must refresh the page (which forces you to sit out on all your tables).

In fact, after I bust if I open the client back up, it re-opens the tournament lobby also regardless how many times I close it until the tournament is over.

Not to mention chip counts don't update -- also.

Only thing that updates reliable is my tournament position on the table which means ****. Just add the number to the table because obviously your state/prop system isn't working right with the lobbies (since your software is built in React) and you need to allow us to see it through a socket that is actually operating right.

I'm a developer. These are BASIC testing protocols that obviously were and ARE currently overlooked, while the high ups are too busy using the roulette stick to pile our rake into their laps.

That is all.

Are you tech savy? Im dealing with a glitch and completely unable to play or grind, global is not helping me, can you check out the thread "another new glitch".

Love how he deleted by post calling them out for it being unacceptable for making players wait to have tech issues looked into because they're busy with the payment fiasco. Scumbags gonna scum.

I've been to lazy to post, but I suppose I have to. I'm not sure what there is needed from us to "test" regarding the non-updating lobbies, but I do know that every single one of the dozens I've conversed with about the situation has experienced the same. Very simply, after a few minutes, the lobby page for sit n gos and MTTs stops updating, forcing me to close and reopen it; this is often tough/impossible when playing many tables and when I am forced to make a decision on the bubble (when I do not even know that I am on the bubble).

I would be more apt to help (though I'm pretty busy, anyways) if there had not been a lengthy track record of similar situations. Just last night, the Rapido tournament I was in froze indefinitely, forcing a refund of it. This is, if I had to guess, one of several times this kind of thing has happened in only the last month or two. This is all on top of many massive glitches that have persisted or did persist for extremely long periods of time: the sb completing glitch when the BB is all-in is still present as it has been for well over a year. The incorrect chopping glitch that occurred when two people got knocked out at the same time lasted over a year, costing me untold thousands (as after every update occurred, I needed to check to see if the glitch was there still, because it heavily affects ICM regarding bubble play, costing me a ton). I never asked for a refund, and as far as I know, nobody was offered one.

My only intention in creating this thread was to elicit a promise that no new updates (like tourney series and payment methods) would be introduced until all glitches were fixed. Not only was this promise not given, but it wasn't responded to, and the aforementioned new updates (Rapido and WorldPay) have both had serious problems/concerns.

I apologize if I came off as harsh, and I know it's not your fault, Joey, but I feel everything I am posting is accurate and fair. I do not have much else to say at the moment, and I'm in too many games atm to even type any more, so I will end this post here and post more if and when I think of anything.

Our dev team believes they have a fix for this now.

We have a release scheduled for July 25 and the fix will be included in that.

Won’t hold my breath. How has your “development team” not fixed the button placement issue yet? Been on your site since day 1. Pathetic software, pathetic communication, pathetic rake structure etc. Used to be a fairly large vocal supporter. Thought they were our best options and wanted to give them time to fix their mess, but they have proved beyond incompetent.

itm ... error message says sorry you have been disconnected .... every thing else was working fine including this site, twitch etc etc after reloading many times i get my table open and it tells me i have finished in 3rd whats going on

On a positive note I haven't got the reload glitch where it kicks you off your table in a long time. So that's pretty cool One of the most tilting glitches for me. SnG lobbies still seem to have a hard time updating though.

I played a bunch of mtt's this past weekend and the lobbies were not updating, I had to close the lobby window, find it in the running list and reopen to get updates. Very irritating. I'm not sure how quickly they "lock up" in general as I've no reason to really look at the lobby for the first couple hours, but at least 2 of them when I did look back, were frozen in a pre-start state.

Same issue they had during the tourney series that they thought was fixed, and it seemed to be for a while, but it's back now.

lets not forget them placing me on two tables in the 50k guarantee with my chip stacks randomly changing to match the secondary table.

I feel your pain. Fortunately it will be fixed in about two weeks, so I suppose that's better than nothing. I hope a few fixes of the other most prevalent glitches will come in this update, too...

Played two tournaments tonight and for the first time in two months did not experience any lobby issues. About time! Hopefully last nights maintenance fixed it early.

I visited the MMT section last night and watched tables from several tourneys and was pleasantly surprised that the lobby was keeping up in real time, so no need to reload lobby to keep up with standings.

Not a big deal here, but, has anyone noticed that the emojis have been removed from the chat box? Not sure when it occurred, but may be part of upgrade in fixing glitches??
