Can't replicate the bug?
I don't know even one other person who has lobbies that work/update properly, and I have never across every possible combination of browser and operating system had lobbies function/update properly.
If anyone on this forum has ever experienced properly functioning lobbies, please, please, post in this thread letting us know.
I know your job is difficult Joey, and many times people on here are calling for information that you don't have, or improvements that aren't possible or financially viable, but outright lies are usually not the way to go...
If your devs can't replicate the bug within the dev environment, maybe have one person play an actual tournament through a browser like the rest of us and then you'll see what we are saying is true, and then work backwards from there?
