what glitches do you find with SNGs? since switching from cash to SNGs I havent seen many outside of when you're in the BB with a person all in for less than the BB

I'm mostly referring to lobbies not updating, but there are others, too, unfortunately.

I just experienced a new glitch, I had a SnG game load up and it just showed a white screen with a large whole card , I had to sign out and log back in for it to return to normal, anyone else experienced this?

The lobbies regularly do not update for me.

Additionally, I have been unable to rebuy during the rebuy periods of 1R1A for the past few days.

It amazes me that they still haven’t fixed the tournament lobbies not updating bug. Joey said the developers are not able to replicate the bug when everyone in the thread is complaining about it. Having to close out of the lobby and reopen it just to see how many players are left is extremely aggravating. Especially if you are playing several tables. This bug should be at the top of your priorities to fix.

I want to address another bug that’s been happening to me. While I’m playing multiple tables I sometimes accidentally click the fold button instead of checking. When clicking fold it pops up with a box asking if you are sure you want to fold. If I wait a few seconds and then click that I want to check instead it will randomly close out of a different table that I’m currently on. If I am quick and click that I want to check fast it doesn’t close another table. But when I take a few seconds almost every time it closes a random table that I’m on. Now this is extremely aggravating because most of time I can’t remember the name of all the cash tables I’m on so I will lose my spot on tables. Has anyone else experienced this bug? I know I should probably work on not accidentally clicking fold but sometimes it’s hard when I’m playing 6 tables.

Tournament lobbies a problem for me as well.

Windows 10 Pro
Windows Chrome Version 67.0.3396.87 (Official Build) (64-bit)

To get the lobby to update I have to refresh the lobby window in Chrome which temporarily closes the active table. When I'm brought back to the table sometimes the "Sit In" button is there lit up, but I can't click it. Then the next hand gets dealt and then the button becomes active for me. But at least my lobby is updated at that point,

they still cant ****ing lobbies to auto update accordingly.. this **** is ****ing pathetic. how hard is it to add YOUR CURRENT POSITION: X OUT OF: X

multi-tabling 5-8 tournies and having to close out lobbies and find it again is ****ing ridiculous

Ok, I'm officially giving you a pass because I realize how young you are.

Some tips:

1. You gotta be a professional when you talk to support even if in email. They are not there to be abused and quite frankly are sick of it. They are not paid well either. Talk to them like they are your boss or a really good friend and they will not respond the way they responded.

2. IF ONLY PROGRAMMING WAS THAT SIMPLE!! - bumping about glitches doesn't help; they are well aware. These things seem simple but take tons of time and money to fix. A good programmer will cost $100-200/hr and a simple glitch might get billed at 50-100 hrs or so.

3. With PP getting messed up (as predicted) they now have to pony up tons of money to make sure every deposit and payout gets processed. If you cash out 5k it might take 2k or more in processing fees to get you this money. That's just how sausage is made in american online poker. You see, it is illegal to pay an american player so you have to use shady processors. If you deposit 1k, it also costs global a ton of money to make sure this goes thru. So cashouts and deposits will always be first priority over glitches.

4. Good luck. Always good to see new enthusiasm for poker in 2018.

They could atleast respond to this thread, the reps just keep ignoring these threads, hence, why jared keeps bumping, I agree with everything your saying but they simply just don't care, you would think they would like to know about a new glitch that forces players to sign out and re open all of their tables, they don't care at all. Regardless, I downloaded a different web browser Opera, and everythings working fine now, any SnG player reading this, be careful with Chrome, maybe you will get lucky, maybe not, chrome seems to just be disasterious on this site, atleast recently it was for me.

The issue with the tournament lobbies is likely specific to Global Poker's instance of cubeia. I am sure they outsource all the development to the cubeia team, which is likely low paid Russian or Indian programmers. The development team is not attempting to debug the issue within Global Poker's environment, so they are unable to duplicate the issues that are occurring. It is likely a scaling issue which is caused by bad devops practices for Global Poker's installation of the cubeia software.

No, they can not get caught up in the crossfires.

Most the sites I play on do not have a rep on 2+2.

No matter what a rep writes it will be sliced and diced to make them look crappy.

Also, this forum costs global money as it is a sponsored forum.

I saw people were asking for a reply in this thread so happy to oblige.

As per previous conversations, our team have been unable to replicate this bug. We wanted to fix it as it is clearly a concern to players on this forum, so we asked for players to offer assistance in replicating the bug so we could try to resolve this for them.

Unfortunately, to date, just two players have responded offering to assist. Furthermore, those two players do not experience this bug themselves so have been unable to replicate it.

Not sure what else we can do at this point. We want to fix the bug but it is hard to fix something we can't identify. Which is why we asked the community for help.

Given that nobody from the community who experienced this bug offered to assist us what are we honestly expected to do?

As I said we would love to help. If, instead of bumping this thread, players would like to assist us in resolving this issue for them please do not hesitate to send me a PM.
