There are many known bugs that have nothing to do with browser choice or connection speed. And the charges that Global consistently ignores those issues or, at best, offers incorrect or ineffective fixes are entirely valid. As are the critiques that they are disrespecting us by never acknowledging any of these problems to their paying customers.

I just never experience these bugs. I guess I am just fortunate.

Edge... interesting. I really avoid edge at all possible costs, but perhaps I am not giving it a fair shake. I use Firefox and am one of the lucky ones with FiOS so internet speeds and browsers doesn't seem to have trouble for me. But I may need to give edge a shot.

Perhaps others who are having issues should try edge as well.

The guy recommending Edge is a cash player only it seems so this is why he probably isn’t experiencing any of the glitches most others are since the majority of complaints are coming from tournament players. I tried Edge yesterday after reading his post and it was even worse than Firefox for me. I couldn’t even get the tables to pop-up on Edge. I turned off the pop-up blocker but tables still would not load.

Yes, I only play a few bonanza donkaments each week, but no glitches there either. Honestly I am not trying to be an ass, I just don’t experience glitches.

Joey, It's safe to say that the vast majority of mtt/sng players are experiencing varying degrees of multiple server-side issues.

Take a bit of advice from a player who has now moved their entire roll off your site... Hire a few dedicated, full-time engineers to establish a new code base and just trash this outdated cubeia client.

The bandaid patches/maintenance actions aren't correcting the issues expressed in this thread, in fact I'd make the case that they're exacerbating these problems as you're patching software from a flawed baseline that's quite dated.

Replying here because your outsourced customer service staff is absolutely incompetent.

Hey guys thanks for the feedback regarding both the glitches and customer service experiences. I have passed both comments on.

Regarding the lag. The team made some tweaks last night to the way tournament lobbies run. The change made a significant reduction in their load times. We are quietly confident that this will drastically reduce the lag.

Can you please let me know if you notice any significant changes over the weekend.

Can you please address the other glitches, too, though? Some of them have been pervasive for 1 year+ now.

Now the cash tables have a ~1 second lag when the action gets to you, almost every single hand.

I HAVE BEEN PLAYING SINCE LAST NIGHT AND ALL DAY TODAY AND i DON'T NOTICE ANY CHANGE FOR BETTER OR WORSE (Ring games no tournaments)...(google chrome Version 67.0.3396.62 (Official Build) (64-bit), BUT THEN AGAIN i HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES IN THE LAST YEAR LIKE OTHERS HAVE HAD.

Ring game lag was very noticeable for me in the afternoon. It was gone by evening.

Its definitely not fixed. It doesn't update. I have to close out the tournies and bring them back to see what the amount of players are left. its pretty ridiculous. Lobbies not working right off the bat today. Usually work at the start of tournament and last for a little while but today not working right off the jump.

The lobbies not updating are the only glitch I get, except for the all-in BB+SB auto-check glitch in tournaments that's been there since the beginning and I've just accepted as how the game is played here.

I don’t experience any of these glitches everyone is talking about. Then again, I only play cash tables.

The main glitch is that tournament lobbies don’t update so players have no idea where the money bubble is happening, apparently.

I recommend taking a picture of the payout structure then you can use the info on the table to know where you stand.

Not trying to be rude but hows that going to help? You still won't know the chip counts or how many are left on the bubble.

Major cash game lag again tonight. It was basically unplayable. I gave up and quit.

So no more rake from me today. Great job, Global. You're really on top of all these problems and getting it sorted out!

Did I mention that your site is such a disaster these days that I stopped paying you rake at a time when I really wanted to be giving your money? And that I'm about 2 more horrible software sessions away from cashing out my roll and going back to Ignition?

But please, Joey, give us another round of PR bull**** about how you've passed things along to the team.
