I'm sorry if I sound like a POS, and I know this has been addressed before, but some of the glitches in the site have been around far too long. I have no idea how many hundreds of times my hand has folded well before the timer runs out or how many decisions I haven't been able to make in MTTs in the last few weeks alone because the tourney lobbies don't update, but I'm really getting frustrated.

Can we get a promise from a site rep that no new tournament series will be announced/ planned and that no new features will be added to the site until all glitches are fixed?


Also, still missing $657 from tickets from the rattlesnake cup...

The fact that the issue with the tournament lobbies still has not been fixed is an absolute joke! And its even worse that a rep still can't even make an effort to comment about it. This site has went straight to the ****ter!

There have been 0 improvements in my time on this site and I dare to say there are new glitches that didn't exist a year ago when I started playing...I Could write a 3 page document of all the issues....can someone explain why nothing is being done to make improvements? Please stop stealing our money and not doing squat to better the site

Dont feel like you're being a POS at all. I've had similar issues, and more people need to speak up for the sng/mtt players

justifiably complaining about issues which affect us all is the opposite of being a POS

I understand you're being sarcastic, but I wonder to what degree that's actually true. Obviously it keeps some randos away too

You’d think having the highest rake in the online poker industry, would guarantee a glitch-free platform. Makes me think they care more about profit than service.

Not sending out the alarms yet as I’m putting this to being backlogged, but been 5 business days without mine even being approved. Longest that’s ever taken has been maybe 2 days for me prior. Have cashed out 20ish times so have a decent track on this.

bazinggg! sure seems that way doesn't it-they've had plenty of time to make some adjustments..fingers crossed.

Thanks for reporting 'Onetime_10' I just checked with our product team and they believe all these lag issues have been resolved since our last release. We have also seen a significant drop in customer emails about this.

Is anyone else still experiencing lag issues?

I haven’t been lagging at all recently. I switched from chrome to Firefox though which handled the initial lag to cease months ago. Would suggest anyone experiencing the same to try a different browser.

I just started my session for the night so can't say yet, but it was definitely doing it yesterday. It usually starts off the tournaments working but as the tournament progresses like 1 hr+ into them it will begin to stop updating. When was this last release?

Update: Definitely still lagging for me. Not updating chip counts and how many players left.

Tournament lobbies updated fine for an hour or two but after continuing the session for 2+ hours they have stopped updating and require me to close the tournament lobby and reopen it to get a refresh.

It doesnt bother me that these glitches exist, what annoys me is GP joey comes on this forum and will reply in other threads, but any thread related to bugs/glitches he does not ever comment on, its the lack of communication and disrespect for the players that bothers me.

You get that you are making this critique of Joey in a thread where he is literally responding to issues don't you?

Of course the communication could be better. I think even Joey would say this, but then once he does communicate you and others jump on and say, "They never respond". Seems counter productive, no?

And his response was not accurate. Alot of people still having issues with lobbies so why don’t you get off his and everything else Global’s nuts its getting a bit ridiculous.

People have been addressing this problem for 4+ weeks over and over and he finally chimes in with an innaccurate update and your quick to defend him because someone called them out for their poor communication in addressing these endless problems with any kind of update in a timely manner. Go somewhere else will yah.

Your browser matters, as does the quality of your internet. I play in MS Edge, on windows 10 with all updates automatically applied. In cash games I never have any glitches. Fwiw, this is the only use I have for Edge, and prefer Chrome for all my other web needs.

I use Firefox. I also have Windows 10 and just tried using Edge and I cant even get the tables to pop-up on that browser. I turned off the pop-up blocker and they still wont load.
