Hi @globalpoker.. I was just wondering if there will be some type of rake back or SNG daily/weekly/monthly competition to reward players who are grinding planned in the future. Similar to what betonline had awhile ago I thought that was pretty awesome. Also is there a way for me to redeem my gold coins for more sweeps cash? Just a thought but I have a ton of them and im pretty sure i cannot redeem my gold coins that I have in my account for sweeps cash. Maybe allowing gold coin to sweep cash payout. While rewarding gold coins for playing/winning different SNG's or MTT's?

Just random thoughts I think would be a pretty cool addition to the site

I have the same problem. Havnt figured out a way to make the tables bigger and fit.

Not really and I play on a 25inch monitor. Though It is pretty easy to add 2-4 tables from other sites that have pop up windows

It certainly isn't offered globally. In my country I can play at PokerStars, PartyPoker, America's Cardroom, Titan Poker etc. etc. etc. but I can't open an account at Global Poker.

I don't work for Global but I can try to help with your questions.

I don't use Safari, but I would encourage you to check out Firefox (my preference) or Chrome and see if they work better for you. If safari is still your browser of choice for play I would check to make sure you don't have some privacy options set to clear cookies and the like. That is what holds those preferences like 4 color deck, table design and other stuff.

When you get logged out, normally when you log in, all of your tables come back up (or at least mine do it Firefox) so again I would encourage you towards a different browser. You can also scroll through the lobby and reopen the table you are at but as you point out you need to remember what tournaments you are in, which can be a tricky task depending onf how many you have going, and if you are doing the SNG grind, near impossible as they are all named the same thing.

I am at the FT of a tourney right now and a message saying the site will go down for maintenance at 12pm Central popped up. What is going to happen if we are still playing at 12pm?

this morning i was in a hand, turned 2 pair and was checked to in position. i went to bet but my hand was auto-folded before i could click an amount - early in the clock too iirc. im well accustomed to timing out, but being in position it should auto check me instead....folding requires clicking a confirmation too which did not happen. i emailed global for a refund with the HH and they said they can't identify any malfunction on their end and can't help me. has this happened to people before? im fairly annoyed and concerned.

i'm owed a refund for the total amount i bet during the hand ($1).

Odd as well is that the pot isn't pushed to your opponent, which I think is in the animation normally even when you fold.

Are gold coins worth anything? Like for buying into tournaments, or anything at the store other than avatars? What I'm saying, is there a reason not to purchase avatars in order to save them for something better?
