So are the forum posts have been positive towards playing out of the country. The only trick is if that country would block poker sites in general, then you may not be able to play on Global. But Global itself doesn't have an issue with playing out of country. I would even be willing to bet you could still cash out even in Japan, as long as your account has been verified with a US address. They put the money in PayPal and I am pretty sure PayPal works in Japan, so as long as you are verified I would say things will continue as they do now.

Not to drag this on further, but in all seriousness I think you need to do some introspection and ask yourself why you care so much about what people on an internet forum think?

I dont chat at the tables at all and thanks for what u said. I obv have mental health issues from life experience and my tbi that i lived through, which are compounded from poker. Im sorry to the community for my fits but there is some value in the content of my tantrums I must say. I will also say had gp not changed the structures in the stts me and my bank account would still be fat n happy. If my internet is slow, why does Global replay every previous hand before catching me up to date? I can't do anything but it will run through them. And then when I'm caught up I sometimes see that I have a monster that has been auto-folded. Just now I ATs folded when I had 3 big blinds and would have made the nut flush. There is something about the coding of this software that puts a heavy load on my internet, which sucks already b/c I'm in America, and this is driving me mad. Is there any way to improve this?

I guess it could be the case that it is your internet, but I don't know how that makes any sense either. Very odd to be sure. I would make sure Global support is involved and make a video of it as well to show them, as if you are having the same thing I saw, its going to be tough to get them to understand what you mean by "replays every hand". Once you see it, you go "Oh yeah I see what he means".

Look into ShareX for screen recording. I use it for both screenshots and desktop video recording when I need to build tutorial videos and other such things. Good software, and its free. Then you can send an actual video clip to them of the symptoms.

I would use the Forgot Password option on the initial login page before you get to the lobby. That should let you reset the password.

But you are correct, there isn't a settings page or anything I would expect where you could do this a much better way that the Forgotten Password option.

I would send an email to support to find out how to do that. I don't see an option of it even being listed, much less even change it.

If you mean you want to review your $weeps Cash hands and Gold Coin hands at the cash tables with anonymized opponent information, then yes.

Click on your screen name and avatar in the lobby. Click on the Hand History button and review to your heart's content.

If you mean reviewing MTT hands or SNG hands or downloading your hand history or anything else, then no.
