Please transfer the funds into your PayPal account and let them clear there. Once they are in PayPal try to make the Gold Coin Purchase then through solely PayPal, this should hopefully work.

If that doesn't work or if it is a completely different issue, please take a screen shot of the error message you are getting and send to support@globalpoker.com

Thanks, let us know if you need any further assistance
Thank you for responding. I have the money in my PayPal balance already. I've sent the support the image error it gives me. Even have contacted PayPal and no fix yet

You multi accounted and took advantage of the site. You wonder why you got banned?? You're the reason people don't trust online poker.

Global Poker Support is the reason people don't trust online poker. Magically they pick the account to keep open I never deposited to, but close the one I had deposited to. Hmmm, strange. Another strange thing... in this thread the same exact thing happened and the guy got his money and still plays on there... so basically your site steals to show power to the "little guy" player

You broke the TOC and they enforced it. You are the only one to blame. Sure they really need your pennies btw bro

I'm having trouble cashing out. I was going to recommend this site to friends, but seeing how things are going now I do not recommend this site.

A customer support rep name Arci was helping me with updating my profile and cashing out. I sent in 3 forms of verification. Things were going well and then my cash out request got canceled. They stop replying back to my emails. Now my money is still in Global Poker's site.

Hello Jimmy,

Thank you for your understanding. Here's what we can do, if you can provide a proof of address with matching details on your account, that would be great. But if you wish to update the address on your account as per the supporting documents you have previously provided, we can also do that. We just need your confirmation on this matter so we can update your account and push through with your cash out request.

Should you have any other concerns, please contact customer service at support@globalpoker.com and we'll be glad to assist you anytime.
Kind Regards,
Arci

Hi Arci,

Thanks for providing the clarification. I will definitely create a new account and am happy with Global Poker up to this point. Please update my profile or let me now how I can proceed to cashing out. I'm testing this poker site before I recommend this to my friends. I appreciate and would like to continue with your service if we can get this sorted out. Please let me now what I can do.

I have had a cashout pending for 3 days. It is not normal for GP, though I am not concerned yet. Just want to start logging info in case this is happening to more and more people. GP has been great up to this point. I don't see that changing, but I could be wrong.

And it will likely be a couple more days as well, keep in mind its the weekend in the land down under where all of the support people work.

I am confused. Do you play on GP or do you work for them? Because you come across like you work for them but your SN doesn't contain GlobalPoker in it. I am sincerely confused.

They do batch cashouts on Friday 9PM PST and Tuesday 9PM PST from what I have noticed. Now this isn't always exact but 90% of the time my cashouts came during these times.

On another note;

Email was just received that the cashout has been processed and will be in PP within 24 hours. Thanks for the support GP.

I play on GP, I don't work for them. Not sure exactly what was confusing about my post. Just being a friendly person and reminding people they are closed on days you would not expect due to being in Australia.

Just wrote a blog post endorsing Global Poker and posted it in a Facebook group of 750+ players. I sort of wanted to wait until Global created a referral or rakeback program, but I feel like growing the player pool is more important than my own personal gain.

Hi Christian Bal... TheDarkKnight.

Nice article. Happy to share it on our FB/Twitter page if you like.

If you want me to tag your FB page on the post PM me and let me know your real name.

Or if you want me to just share the post you put on the other FB page send me a link to that.

Nice article. You explained GP well. But from your article you said:

Unfortunately, online poker has never been legal in the United States

This not a true statement. Playing online poker for money has never been illegal except in Washington state. Processing the money is illegal. Playing the game is not. Also, many play money game sites exist.

Many people erroneously believe the legality of online poker. Of course, all the degens on Two Plus Two know better.

Please take this post in the spirit that it was written, as friendly constructive criticism. Keep up the good work.

Hiya Global Poker Rep!

Is there anyway to do the i.d. verification process before going through the cash out procedure?

Just a note that if you're waiting to hear back from support on an issue, be sure to check the Zendesk ticket. I had a response there a couple days ago which never made it to my email.

Ah okay. I did not know if you had information, because you worked there, that we did not have.

Thanks for your time mate!

I'd stay away from Global Poker.

Just played the 10k guaranteed freeroll, and we're down to 10 players and several people (including me) DC.

Wasn't able to log back in for over 5 minutes, and just in time to see the last of my chips being blinded all in.

Looked pretty suspicious to me, hadn't had any connection issue for the entire tournament before that and was just basically robbed of any chance to make the big payouts

Any plans to develop fast fold poker?

Please provide details of upcoming software projects

Hi Darmani311,

Thanks for getting in touch.

Our team is aware of this and is currently putting looking at all players who were affected. Somebody will be in touch shortly.

They actually did get ahold of me, just about 8 hours after it happened and issued a credit to my account based on the stack sizes at time of DC.

Good news, and I'll keep playing on your site as well thanks guys!
