They really need to increase their presence on Twitter. They only have 200 followers and 300 tweets. Twitter is a great marketing tool.

Hi MCAChiTown,

Thanks for this, we do have plans to build this in the near future.

At the moment we mainly use this to promote players who live stream their game play on Global Poker. It is a great page to follow as when somebody is streaming and goes deep in a tournament we will use it to let you know.

Hi "PokerBalla124". I am not sure what you mean by "lawyer up" but why don't you tell me - what is it that you meant?

I am clearly not a bot. As plenty of players who play with me can tell you, because they have seen the mistakes i have made in-game.

Also, don't you think that if I was a bot, I would rather play you Heads Up and for 10bb, since it can be solved *very easily*? The reason I don't play you is because you are the scum of the poker community. You sit at 6 max tables with 10bb against people like me, who are trying to start tables, and you leave as soon as you A.) Double up or B.) See another player join the table.

It is a bad idea to start making empty threats PokerBalla.

That dude sits me all the time, he's ****in terrible and typically just donks off whatever short stack he buys in for. He's one of the lucky few who have received my "all star fish" color tag.

So basically the site is gold coins = play money, sweep cash or whatever = real money, and you have to play some play money stuff to unlock some real money tournaments? Do you have to unlock real money cash tables?

The only thing you need to play the $weeps Cash (real money as it were) tables is the min buyin for that table, which at this point is 10BB.

You are correct on the rest of your statements as well.

Reading the GlobalPoker FAQ it appears the sweeps cash you receive after purchasing gold coins expire after 60 days. To me, this means you lose everything you've purchased after 60 days. Please explain. Thanks!

"Receive Sweepstakes/Prize Promotion Cash when you Purchase Gold Coins. You will automatically receive Sweepstakes/Prize Promotion Cash when you purchase Gold Coins. The amount of Sweepstakes/Prize Promotion Cash you receive for each purchase will be stated in the purchase window."

"Sweepstakes/Prize Promotion Cash expires after 60 days from the date of initial issue of the Sweepstakes/Prize Promotion Cash."

Basically it sounds like they just take away the $2 they give you to start if your account is inactive for 60 days. Not 100% sure though. I would like the rep to respond to this as well

I don't review much but I'm MightyWhite1 on global poker and I was amazed today. First withdrawal. I was nervous. $2,000 requested at 4:56pm today. I had to send license and electric bill. I did that immediately. At 5:55pm today I had the 2k in my PayPal. Awesome global poker.

it needs to be easier for players to police collusion, with the way this site is set up and employees claiming their understaffed (maybe not anymore?) you would be a fool to assume this wasn't going on at your tables. does global even police this?

Nailed it. There couldn't possibly be a different explanation than this one. Close up shop everyone, almighty ZenChapter says the site is bad. im aware of this system, its not very conducive to actually catching people.

I was on the FT of the 12:00am EST $3.30 1r1a $500 gtd, username ReKigNITion.. down to 6 players left, at around 2:20am was disconnected.. Came back up around 3am, but my tourney was nowhere to be found in the lobby as "Running" or "Completed" More importantly, no $ was credited to my account for my finish.. I already had $25.53 locked up with $180ish up top, the payouts were as follows:
1st- $178.60
2nd- $89.33
3rd- $59.57
4th- $35.73
5th- $29.76
6th- $25.53

I was 4/6 or 5/6 at the time of disconnection.. Not sure what GP's policy is for tourneys that get cancelled (Did it get cancelled?) If i would get something better than 4th place $ or close.. I should at the very worst receive $25.53 for my worst possible finish.. I sent an email about 3 hours ago so I'm going to wait and see what happens, I will post here in a couple days or when I get a response. glgl at the tables all!
