Hi Snafu'd we have sent you a private message about this which we hope you will enjoy. :-)

I have been trying to deposit all day and when Paypal wouldn't process my transaction due to "security" reasons I emailed support and was told to contact Paypal. I contacted Paypal by phone and was explained that security for that purchase would never be lifted on my account even though the money was in my Paypal account and not transferring from my bank. I really want to play on this site but can't get money on there. Support help with this from the site would be great with a suggestion on how to fix this. I hope to hear something on here as to what I need to do.

What happens is you come here, tell us about it, Global support says "oops sorry", ensures you they're "looking into the disconnect issue", and you get no compensation.

Hope this hasn't already been asked and answered-- I want to verify my account before I request a cash out. How do I do this?

I don't know if its possible to do it without cashing out. I've seen people talk about it but no one actually do it. Honestly the process is very quick once you get it started. If you are worried about it I would request a smaller cashout first to get the process started.

I just emailed it to them when I created my account and they said they would keep it on file for when I withdrew. Once I did withdraw, their auto response email said I needed to be verified, but then I got another email a couple hours later saying it was processed.

Anyway to be more multi table friendly? Such as auto pop-up? Longer time banks? (Esp the lack of autopop makes it really difficult)

Timebanks are plenty long and they increase the time the longer you are there. I 8 table with rarely hitting timebank except on difficult decisions. Play less tables if you can't keep up. Nothing pisses off recs more than a slow game when they are 1-2 tabling.

^this. I signed up a few days ago and am already getting annoyed with how slow some of the tables are. I wouldn't mind an auto popup or change of background color or something when it's your turn, but not more time.

Me too! I am fairly new to the site and I am about to punt it and go back to the casino if tables aren't limited to 4 - 6 or so. Same damn slow decent regulars slowly sucking fish dry (VERY slowly) on every single table at the limits I play. Just once I would like to sit and not see the same couple names and their stupid red time banks winding down on both of my tables!!

Quick question........ Can I use my wifes Paypal account for deposit or create my own acct.
08-31-2017 , 08:49 PM
Auto pop up is a must. It will actually allow people to play faster.

4-6 table limit is a very good idea too

I would like to see more fish who play more tables and take more time so that I don't have to act so fast on all my tables while I am still able to play 12 tables.

If you guys are bored while playing then add more tables, don't try to be a scrooge and limit others just because you don't like playing more tables. While GP is at it, why don't they take everyone's profits and divide it evenly among all the players? /t

I requested a cashout a couple days ago, and it's still pending. Not sure what to do.

I decided to reload my account since the lag issues are better now. Mistakenly clicked the $750 option instead of $500. Damn...I really hope I didn't just burn $750 on worthless coins.

Reached back to GP to see if they can cancel the transaction, or convert it to $500 and $250 sweepscash transactions instead. I'll let everyone know how it turns out. I feel like such a dumbass right now...

Reporting back that GP support took care of this quickly, and credited my account with SC$750. Support stipulated this is will be a one-time correction, and I very much appreciate them taking care of it so quickly.

100% my own stupidity, but GP support was really good in taking care of me. CSAdmin even PM'd to make sure it was taken care of. I've been critical of GP in a few other issues, but I also don't want to just ***** and not recognize when they've gone above and beyond on support.

The coin package is stupid, but I understand why they have to offer it under the sweeps model. Not a mistake I'll make again....
