Do you always get a response e-mail when you get approved for a cash out? I sent an e-mail 6 days ago and received nothing, however, I do see a cash out option on my account which I don't always remember being there. I have less than $50 in my account, I just want to get the verification out of the way before I deposit.

By "e-mail" I mean all of my photo documentation and verification of my account to be approved.

Does anyone else get randomly disconnected for a second at a time. I just switched (and upgraded) my internet connection, also I play on ignition at the same time. Sorry if this has been answered before.

Just like I would tell you if we were both 14 year old girls, and your boyfriend of 2 weeks just dumped you for Suzy Popular, "girl, its not you its them." I have a FiOS connection and don't have anything going when I play,and still get disconnected.

Global has acknowledged the issues and says they are sorting them out, and I believe they are, but the proof is in the pudding. I also haven't lost any pots due to disconnects either which would likely color my view of the situation.

It tends to happen when site load is high, so I suspect it to be there side for sure and for now we wait and see if they can get it back up and running smoothly.
