No. They don't allow people from the same IP address to play at the same table. A message pops up and doesn't let you sit.

I am normally pretty patient on stuff like this but my concern was not getting an automated reply, which is why I sent more than one.

They did get in touch with me, verify docs, and process the cashout. Now it is sitting in my PayPal, so overall a smooth transaction all said and done. Thanks, Global!

I would like a resolution to my problem as well. I would like a direct refund through Paypal. Do not send me cash (like a cashout) because Paypal will charge me a fee. And I don't want the money in my GP account either. Thanks.

Global poker is not a sweepstake poker site at all. They don't reply AMOE cards. They have told me for month there going to process my card .But today they changed their message now they are saying they never got them at all.I have sent in over 10 cards over 9 week period I get the same Bs from them over and over again.They wish to take advantage of the tax break for sweepstake site but the don't want to act like one They just want claim there a sweepstake site. I hate fraud and abuse like this either your a sweepstake site or your a straight gambling but you don't get to be both and not honor your own term and condition. Get different story from them each time I try to talk with them.

Figured the problem myself.
It seems the password needs to be 8 exactly characters long.
Not "at least" as the instructions claim.
Or maybe it can't have special characters like $ or !.
As soon as I cut it short to 8 characters I was able to submit the form.

You can go to your history and cancel your cashout request.

That error message has happened to me before. Wait a day and see if it works again.

I have to be honest when I see someone that

looks like they are being given the run around

when it comes to them sending AMOE -alternate

means of entry forms into your site and your

site plainly states it's it's listed terms and

conditions that you can get free money to play

from the site and your site customer reps seem

to have told this person different stories from

what I can tell it worries me as a profitable

player that wants the site to succceed, because

mostly the customer service is good.

I worries because either A. your reps have been

told to give people the runarond


or

B. The reps are not informed enough about AMOE

and crediting peoples accounts to do so properly

so they make an excuse why not to do it


or


C. Your company is not required to offer some

sort of " No purchase necessary" clause or offer

some free way to play your site to maintain it's

sweepstakes status.... and because of this you

are phasing it out .. there is a possiblility

that there is something that I don't understand

properly , but being a card player myself I have

tried to research my craft

If a company is not willing to honor it's own

terms and conditions it makes me nervous as a

card player that wants to profit , and thusly ,

while truly appreciatating the opportunity

Global Poker offers (your unique setup and being

Paypal approved, the ability to hold some really

nice sweepstakes tournaments and sweepcash

tables) as a player I genuinely think the site

is that good .


(So don't think I am writing this with any form

of mal intent as I hold the fact that a Global

Rep who is willing to field a 2+2 forum and be

so up front and honestly listening to customers

aned wih a company willing to do this in my head

Im thinking ooh so awesome give this company

some good graces please ..good customer service

rep and an ability to truly be the full gambit

of a poker player on yours site ..good tourneys

good blinds ... as a true fan of the game I want

global to make it .. please take care of this

customer that seems upset I'm sure you want to

do right by all your customers .. I think your

company has a real chance to corner the US

market .. I hope you will keep this company and

make it a beacon of great customer service.. the

best offered opportunities for subscription site

players and a company held within the best moral

and lawful standings to that it might fully

utilize the potential profit from having

basically I think cornered the US subsription

site market to a level that I htink will be

unsurpased .. please honor this guy and send him

the money offered within the terms and

conditions as I truly do not believe someone

would go as far as to post in a forum about

money not given if they did not make a true

effort to recieve said sweepstake Global AMOE

offerings listed in your terms and conditons so

we can all as players see that you took care of

it

GP's AMoE program is broken. I have sent in 5 envelopes a month since March (15 total). I have received 8 credits. When I email inquiries, I get the run-around, as in "the checks in the mail" response. Support is blaming the US mail and overwhelming amount of correspondence flooding their support center. OK, I get it, you're busy. But don't piss on my neck and tell me it's raining.

When an offer is made, and I accept the offer, I expect the offer to be honored. Nothing more. It is not an issue of me being cheap. I can easily afford to fund my hobby. It IS an issue of Global Poker not keeping their promises.

Come on GP, man-up and do the right thing

this site does claims they never got 10 letter i sent to them in the mail on different for AMOE card and Global claims there never got them including 12 other player! gee how convenient for your site to say they didnt get the mail..But mail doesn't ever get return to sender ..If it was one card here and there yea maybe but 12 player plus me,,Sorry don't buy that bull**** one bit wake up. Other calls are being made to the US dept of trade ..To report this illegal gambling Claiming to a sweepstake site The fraud will be exposed to the right people the right way.And there is investigation coming soon to you!

Do the notes get deleted sometimes? Are they only suppose to last a week, or a day or how does that work?

I diligently take notes while playing and this morning I had no notes on anyone, even people I know I've played a bunch against.

Ok. I should have said I don't know why others are having issues when I am not. I did have a significant wait time for the very first payment but they have been prompt since the first one. I just figured the envelopes are being forwarded to Australia, but I dunno. That thought just allowed me to not get worked up about it.
