Sounds like the standard email from them when reporting an issue. I got the same one when I reported to them the display glitches on their cash tables. They don't want to admit the issue is on their end. It must have been your connection / No-one else reported the issue was also the response I got. Everyone can't be having connection issues.
Hopefully those emails are just a standard response and they are looking into these issues. IMO it would be more productive to admit to these errors. Thank the user for reporting them and then work on fixing them.
