My suggestions for the site:

-An option to auto re-buy/top up in tournaments
-Option for tables to pop to front when action needed
-A way to view (in the lobby) which cash games/tournament you are already playing at or registered for
-Waiting lists for cash games
-A way to "wait for big blind" after coming back from a break. Right now it auto posts when you come back.

Really like the site so far. Keep up the good work!

Qualified at the last minute for the monster stack freeroll, too bad it started 3 minutes early and I was not able to enter. So some tournaments are still starting early.

Also I think the tournaments that start at :30 are not synchronized. If a tourney starts at 8:30, it's first break should be at 8:55, then 9:55, ..

ok I see now where we got it wrong. The old tournaments are still running on the old structure. The changes were made to the new ones where they all should be synched.

hi ilikegreen. Thank you for reporting this issue that you have encountered earlier and about the breaks for the :30 tournaments, this has been forwarded to the proper department for checking and immediate fix.

Some players were talking about certain players that the software was rigged for which pointed out something to me. THIS IS NOT A "OMG RIGGED" POST.

The theory was that certain players could be identified by not being able to have notes taken on them if they were not in the hand and that they were cheats.

While I don't care about the rigged part, it is true that I encounter at least one player at my tables that can't have notes taken if they folded. If they are in a hand, notes can be taken as normal. Other players can have notes taken in or out of the hand.

It's a minor thing but can we fix that? If someone busts/quits and have this glitch, it's not possible to make a note in them. I'd be happy to write down some usernames and PM if you thought it would help.

I think that your Achievements section is underutilized. Rewarding a prize for completing an achievement ( to a daily freeroll you already have scheduled ) might generate some extra action on your site and cost you nothing extra.

Daily 200 yesterday no break at :55 so there is still something a bit off.
Big Stack Daily Madness yesterday gave a break at :55, but there was no add-on offered.

I emailed this to support last night to make them aware there was no add on offered at the 2nd break (1.5 hours in) and they replied back that the add on in that tournament happens at the 2nd break, not the 1st break which is only 25 minutes after the start lol. Shades of WPN front line support there.

The 1 rebuy/1add on tourney Sunday didn't have an add on either. I think it's something with that format specifically, hopefully they will get it sorted.

That's correct... the tourney started at the bottom of the hour so the first break was only 25 minutes in. They have the rebuy period set through the 2nd break in that one. But then there should have been an add on and there was not.

Weird structure

Currently at a table with someone I can't place notes on after they fold. They pegged me good with a call with A high on a pot sized bet.

I wasn't expecting the add on at 1st break, but when it wasn't offered at :30 I expected it at 2nd break. The add on was never offered and there was no notification the rebuy period was over (HINT HINT support - nothing for status in lobby).

I watched this yesterday while playing. There were players who I could not take note on when they were not in the hand and it was on multiple tables- same players. Last night it was different players, and the ones I couldn't note earlier in the day I could so it can't have much to do with particular users.

I kept an eye on it yesterday also. I notice the same player on multiple tables at random times with the same issue.

I've been reading thru the issues with depositing.
I've been trying to do a 2nd deposit using PayPal and I keep getting the following message:
HTTP Status 500 - No authorized user in session
Been reading here in the forum on how to troubleshoot that, clearing history and whatnot, close browser, yada yada yada, to be direct, that's not working either.
I'm running windows 10 on a PC.

Depositing was hit and miss for me to eventually not working at all. If you are like me and don't keep funds in your PayPal account try loading your paypal account with some funds and then making the deposit. That is the solution that worked for me.

When I am 4 tabling (tiling) on my 27 inch external monitor, the gameplay options is blank. Can you fix it?Also can you include sit out next bb ( I know there is decline blinds option)?

I reported this too, it's annoying, but you can resolve until they fix it by dragging the edge of the window (right or left) larger... you only need to tweek it a tiny bit and the gameplay display comes back, windows still won't overlap it's literally just a tiny adjustment needed.

The dealer button covers the bet amount I bet and also the bet amount of the player to the left of me when I Size two tables on my 15.6" laptop screen side by side.

Does that on mobile as well

The non March madness tournaments that start at :30 are still not synchronized. Also I believe some/all of the March madness tournaments are still starting 2-3 minutes early?
