The reason I mentioned it is because we had several people in our group that had an issue with PokerStars after every major update. They would try to open the console and it perennially tried to load with no avail. Out of curiosity, asked what antivirus they were using and Norton was the commonality. I know Global runs as an HTML5 based program, but the two-way connection is likely to be monitored by your computer's security software. It is a bit of a reach, but the thought was that maybe seeing a two-way connection open and a secured wallet open at the same time may have internally been viewed as a breach of security somehow. A 505 Internal Server error is a network issue not a user generated one, but if there was some sort of internal defense in the user's computer that prevented outside 'mining' possibly it could interfere with the connection and you are not perceived as logged into your Global account. Over simplified and still reaching even further, the antivirus determines a two-way browser connection is now in contact with a secured e-wallet and rules it a security breach and disrupts the connection between the two. Or....I am reaching so far out that I just threw my back out

Their logs would identify what the problem is, but it is usually solved with completely logging out of accounts, clearing the cookies/cache, closing browser and rebooting. With Global account being technically logged in on your end, but not on theirs, you may have to log off, then back in and out again to clear the browser.

Regardless, the tech needs to view the logs to get a patch so end users don't have to go through this. A couple players in this forum have the issue, it is likely an issue for others not in the forum.

I had the error when depositing about 2 weeks ago happen and no matter how many times I would log out and clear cookies/cache it wouldn't work, I really think you guys are losing customers because of this, as I myself gave up trying. I did retry yesterday and still the same thing happened but this time I switched to firefox instead of chrome and tried again and it went through on first try.

Hello Ihaveadollar! Nice to hear that you able to purchase our available package. We always encourage everyone to try another internet browser if you're having issues when purchasing. However, it usually resolved after you completely log out your account (not seeing your account name in the upper right side of the page) on the website then just log back in. See you in our tables!

First, LOVE the site so far...was about to cash out $100 last week and you guys threw the doom switch on me. But I'm used to that, so it's all good. LOL

Anyway, wants:

1. A window on the table screen for tournaments that shows position. Not really a fan of switching back and forth to see positioning.

2. Hand History. Unless I'm missing something, why can't I go back and watch the hand previous?

3. PLO8....puh-leeeeeee-zzzzeeee.

Great job on the site guys. Looking forward to the tournament series coming up!

Hello BrosefStalin75! It's music to our ears to know that you loved our poker site 1. Sometimes it's really annoying to see your position near at the bottom, but others players take it as a challenge to climb up to the top. hahaha 2. You need to select "Sweeps Cash" or "Gold Coins" currency for you to check your previous hand histories. 3. Right now, we only have Texas Hold em and Omaha (Pot Limit) but for sure we will have PLO8 in the future so better watch out

I got your new fix to my issue which is ok (I guess) but why did you delete my other post? That is a little bit sketchy.

I tried cashing out $10 and paypal took 69 cents. The fee is really high. Can anyone tell me what is the withdraw fee? 6.9% flat of the total amount?
03-03-2017 , 11:01 AM
3.9% plus $0.30 per transaction

Thanks for the quick reply!

Got your email this morning regarding the new tournament schedule. Perhaps I just missed it, but when does the new schedule begin. Looking at the slate for the weekend, it looks like it's all the same as it has been.

Start date for new schedule?

What you see now in their lobby is the new schedule, it's been in place for a couple weeks maybe. Note the email (I got it too) is in past tense not future. Also their email schedule is wrong, they switched around the 111 flops and gold coins games after the first couple days. Marketing oops.

I know during the week the tournament schedule is set to accommodate east coast and west coast players as much as possible, but can you look into setting up a weekend schedule?

There are less work related time restraints on the weekend and most recreational players are weekend warriors anyways. If you guys could set up a weekend tournament schedule with earlier start times and maybe a Sunday big GTD, maybe just a $20 buyin, on Sunday to start, it would get more traffic to your site and give players more of a reason to try your product.

+1 to bolstering the weekend schedule. I could have sworn I saw a rep saying the would alter the 6 percent cashout charge its indeed a killer .

Hello guys! Please be informed that when it comes to cashing out, PayPal do charge a small fee (4.4% plus $0.30 per transaction) for the process. Please feel free to contact them for more information. However, our Development Team is currently planning to shoulder all the charges in the FUTURE from PayPal so you will get the whole amount you withdraw. We will post an update here regarding to this matter.

Lol, with policies like you are going to absorb the withdrawal fees AND pay out in 24 hours.....you will have thousands and thousands of US players in a very short period of time.

From your lips to God's ears....

Hello Jaybear! Good Day! That will be a great idea. I'm sure that our management will take note of that for future consideration. Also, we will have BIG Tournaments for this month of March so better watch out.

Is there any way to get a hud on the site lol? And how long do you have to wait before you have to buy-in the original amount after your leave table?

Above chat window - Gameplay - No more blinds

I haven't seen it suggested before anywhere, but it would be nice on the micro $weeps tables if all amounts were displayed with 2 decimals. A few times sitting in small blind I missed a 0.55 raise and called the 0.5 thinking it was 0.05. If it was displayed as 0.50 it would be easier to catch when trying to manage several tables.
