Hi, can someone explain why i get a popup that its impossible to cashout sweepscash if u dont live in usa/canada, doesnt that render the site useless for me ? (European)

Hi! In the terms of service you read before signing up it states only U.S and Canadian players can cash out. You did read the TOS right?
To answer your 2nd question ..yes, but all is not lost...If you bought a gold coin package you can still run up the $weeps cash that came with it and maybe sometime in the future you will be able to withdraw.

just an observation of mine in a limited sample size but i've noticed regarding the Jackpot SNG's anytime I play on my mobile device i've never goten less than a 4x jackpot

where when i play on my desktop i can't seem to find more than a 2x specifically at the $12 ones

Yes, this should really be close to the #1 priority for development. It's pretty bad.

For sure. They told me it was in development and then no change. I would assume this would be an easy fix as legit every poker site gets this right except them. It may not seem like a big deal, but paying extra blinds will kill you. Makes their games even more unplayable short handed for fear of this happening.

I'm waiting on an 8.4k cashout to hit my account. It says "paid" in green when you look at it's current status. But I haven't received anything. It's been 2 days since it's status has said "paid".

Maybe this is normal but I also wanted to ask just to make sure. On different sites when a wire says paid it's always been in my account right then. I am new to Global.

Concerning how often a jackpot hits:

-Are all buyins from all levels ($2, $6, $12, etc.) all pooled together and then any buyin level ( any of $2, $6, $12,etc.) can hit jackpot at any time?

OR

-Does each buyin level hit its own jackpot separately at a certain point?

(The most recent hits in the last few days are $6jp, $6jp, $2jp, $2jp, $12jp, etc.) but some levels are more popular, so????

Is anyone else experiencing crippling lag on global tonight? Ive been blinding out of several tournaments for the last half hour. GG buyins. Even when the tables manage to load, and I get to sit in, I get skipped over on every hand and dont even have a chance to play a hand.
