Screenshots are below. First one is reference for the names of the pictures. Then pictures should be in that order, or at least I posted them that way

I played in the same tourney for about five minutes before being knocked out. My problem is different but may be related to a glitch concerning that MTT. I still have that tab present in my lobby and it is an exact duplicate of the last screenshot splayaa posted. It shows first and second place with chip counts instead of sweeps cash. Here is the email between GP and me-

ME-I played in the $500 Bonanza on the 27th and it keeps reappearing on my tab page

Ya tell dirk i got paid for 5th place as far as i know! Maybe they would explain that glitch to you. When i emailed support, paraphrasing the answer i got, they were having issues with that tourney and anyone effected got an email. I told them i think i was effected and i never got an email. Never heard back from them again. HA! I think there competing with ACR customer service for worst.
Another issue different tourney i was disconnected from the tourney table (every thing else worked perfect) Im using example #'s here as i cant remember the exact, upon disconnect i had 20BB when i finally got back to the table i had about 3BB, support said they found the last hand i played it was an allin and i lost so they did nothing wrong ha ha ha

If some knows how to scroll the tournament window on the home page i would really appreciate it if they would let me know. IMAC 10.12.6 running safari browser from APPLE. When i asked support they sent me a screen shot of the cash game window on a machine running windows 10 with the scroll bar highlighted asked again never got a reply. thanks

CTB123.....anyone play with this player? For about 2 weeks now, I have seen CTB123 play 8 tables at almost all times, while profiting on EVERY SINGLE ONE. I have been playing on Global for over a year now and have been quite successful in $.50/1, 1/2, 2/4 and 5/10 PLO....I have never seen someone win for 2 weeks straight on almost every table. I see good players who win often, but I see them lose at times (as almost every player besides CTB does)

If I sign on at 7am/3pm/11pm etc etc...he is always playing PLO. Just blows my mind. I have never seen someone be on the right side of 5-6 coolers in a row (this was just at 1 table I was at)

Is the new web client hogging anyone else's CPU resources? As soon as I closed out the lobby my computer seems to be OK

A month ago I opened an account with GP and recently opened a new one at the same time consequently blocking both accounts from playing. The account I want to use is (strongertomorrow1@gmail.com)
They say to unlock I need to verify they should be able to give me one account like when you do when you first signed up. The other account which is not being used anymore could be an ex -roommate. What do they do with your photo picture ID and utility bill ask yourself that

Question for global admin or anyone else that may know this answer. Global poker states that specifically in Florida and New York the most you can win in "one" spin of a "sweepstake" is 5k. That being said I would like clarification as to what would happen if I played a tournament with a set buy in and won more that 5k. Would I be limited to a maximum of 5K? I would really like clarification from global admin or someone who has experience with this matter already. Thanks.

Any ideas on what i have to do to get paid on my tournament winnings from above screen shots. I have made several requests to customer service, they say opening an investigation, 1 guy said i was paid i answered i was paid the wrong amount have never heard back from anyone. Is there an agency they can be reported to

reload page messed up a few times. Sometime I clear the cookies and have to do it again. It is so small and hard to read playing many tables.

Just seeing this post now. Dude has an incredible win rate, almost too good but he could be another flash in the pan on a life heater. With that said, I haven't seen him a few days so if he is gone, never to be seen again, look for a new account at same limits that crushes every table and never makes an incorrect decision.

Played a bit with this player. Extremely weird style in my opinion. Not saying he’s a bot as we have no evidence as can’t track stats on the guy. I have absolutely 0 faith in global being able to identify bots though considering how poor their software still is.

Edit: weird style as in he bets pot in situations that I’ve never seen people use that sizing regularly. Also, he played a hand like TT93 rainbow barreling away each street for near pot with no blockers/draws and gave up river once I hit a gutter. Was odd to see what I considered an aggressive at least decent reg take that line with that hand.

Can you guys turn off the "continue playing or stop?" It's prettyy annoying when you're multi tabling.

There are 2 active global reps - kimber and joey. It's really tough at Global HQ right now: Kimber doesn't work Saturdays, and Joey has a newborn at home.

I agree, never seen anything like this. He wins at every table he plays. I play 5-6 days a week and it never fails he is on, playing 5 tables and winning on all of them.

OP is asking a simple question, one answered by a simple "yes or no."
