I have this same problem. I played well over 10 hands at regular cash tables and didn't get the ticket. I emailed them about this and they sent me this back:

"To qualify for the Table games galore, you need to play 10 more hands in both GC and SC in Table Games such as Blackjack games, Caribbean Poker, and Casino Hold'em, however, you played Ring games and the competition has ended."

I assume this is a lie and they just don't want to give me the ticket. They have lied to me before to avoid giving me a ticket which I posted about a few months ago so I am not surprised they are doing it again.

Can a global rep please address this?

Yea i thought table games were also cash games. I played the sit n go challenge the next day and got a ticket for the same freeroll.

Global Poker straight up robbed me for over $16,000 on my account. I was traveling last year and playing. Even until now they say it is ok to play outside of jurisdiction but just cant redeem prizes. I am a permanent resident in the US and am a US citizen. Im fine with going back to the states to redeem my prize. Around last year february or march i tried to withdrawal not knowing i cant withdrawal outside jurisdiction and the denied my withdrawal. At first they said just come back to the states and they will unblock me and help me with the withdrawal process. I said thats fine and ill be back in the states soon. Then couple days later they sent me email saying i was hiding my geolocation and took all my funds. I have many back and forth emails arguing to return my funds but they still stole all my funds.

I mean what the actuall fk is this. Global poker are you ****ing kidding me?! Is this what u guys do to players after you change terms and change site without notifying your players. and ***** steal?!

Can anyone help me get my funds back?

I was wondering who could we reach out to for the purpose of inquiring about bringing back full ring Omaha Hi tables. I see that Omaha Hi/Lo runs both 6 max and 9 handed tables, as well as No Limit. It would be great to get it back again as I loved playing on the site when they had full ring Omaha Hi and I'm pretty positive a good amount of the Omaha crew would love it back. I’m getting major lag in cash game pots. Not every hand but at least 2 per orbit. Sometimes it takes forever for the river to be dealt. Sometimes it folds my hand. Same thing happened to me yesterday but I thought it would go away

Laggin big time thought it was on my end. No issues on bovada or sportsbetting poker platform. Whats up with that? Games full of fish and LOTS of players on these sites. Easy peasy games. Global should make some promotion or something to bring more players OR by getting a new platform to play on that is less buggy and an actual hand history. Just my feedback to fix this web based platform that never fixes...

Nah, they probably pushed a new server version, and introduced a new bug. In software, if you're not fixing bugs, you're creating bugs.

global poker took my sweeps cash, I didn't log in within a 90 day window apparently. I was out of the country for a month this year and lost track of how long I had been on the site I guess. This has happened to me once before so I guess I am to blame, but it feels really shitty to literally leave your money on a site and they look at first opportunity to take it all away from you. This really sucks. Does anyone know how I might be able to get this straightened out or am I screwed?

They did the same to me after I hadn't logged in for 2 weeks. I emailed to ask them about it and some moron sends me the typical bs sorry for your confusion crap. Then point me to the TOS that states the 90 day thing. I asked if it was company policy to just steal money like this and of there was anyone I could to talk that can think. No response and next morning an email for some supposed manager stating they had good news and decided to give me my money back. Lol. Good news mate, we won't steal your funds. Grimy as hell.

Go to you browser where you login to play. Then go to the history and enter globalpoker and hit enter. Take a screenshot of the page showing time and date you logged in. If it's within 90 days, send it to them as proof. Do not trust there comments as anything close to accurate. I am starting to believe the 90 day seizure is to help offset the envelope free money stuff, which would be of interest to state AG offices.

i def ****ed up and it was more than 90 days. barely though. I dont even know why they dont want to encourage people to keep money on site. I am not always playing round the clock. It's super scummy they do this regardless of the bullshit TOS that no one reads

If it was an amount that was important to you, maybe some satisfaction in writing your State's AG.

It's incredibly scummy to do and it's done pretty indiscriminately it seems. I set an alert on my phone for every other week to login in case I've not played.

I've defended them many times but this is just a scummy thing to do. WPN has it set up that if you don't log into your account within a time period you decide, they'll automatically send your balance to a wallet address you provide.

Global can phrase this anyway they like but it's stealing player funds, plain and simple.

Is it ok to play on other poker sites while playing at Global? Obviously without tracking or anything on those ones either. What about the Chumba Casino at the same time? I know Global is really picky about other tabs/software running, just unsure of how picky.
