Sometimes I wont see the Email in my inbox until 7 or 8 PM eastern with the offer.

I was also sent this email but didn't receive a discount offer. Notice the way they word this - "stand to receive" as if they are not actually promising an offer but saying its a possibility

Last month I received the same email and both times made a $500 purchase and now twice in a row did not get a discount offer. I don't really get the point of them sending this email if they will not actually follow up with a discount offer. It's like they are trying to trick people into making a deposit but then not give you the offer and with the language they use they can just say they didn't promise anything

This is really not surprising with the numerous shady things they do, just another sketchy move on the long list

Interesting. I did eventually receive the discount offer, just before midnight on Tuesday lol...it was $10 only though. My purchases are small ($20-$50) compared to yours, so I'm not sure if your theoretical "stand to receive" discount gold coin offer would be larger or not.

I haven't received an offer either. My purchase was for $20. I don't like the "stand to receive" language either, but I chalk it up to the language barrier between USA and AUS.

I ended up receiving an offer on 3/28.

Be careful activating more than one account even if its your family member living in your household. Keep everything seperate. I was banned and the issue was because my brother and I share computers because we only have one... Other one is a crappy lap top that breaks down often. If you spend your credit card for you or your family/friends-- make sure its in your name too. They can flag you as trying to create multiple accounts. Ask support before you do anything if you have a question, it'll save you.

Would it be against T&C to use a hotkey on my mouse to type in a specific open size? For example, setting up a macro for a 2.5x open. Only interested in open size macro. Just sucks typing it in infinite times. I am aware Global is very strict regarding any third-party software. Thanks.

Has anyone ever received any kind of reimbursement payouts for collusion/cheating? I’ve seen posts from people having their accounts locked or deactivated but wondering if their security actually tries to catch bots/collusion and gives confiscated funds back to the players? Not saying they do or don’t but I’m curious

I understand your frustration, we have a number of items on the priority list, however in the meantime this is the experience we provide.

Any third-party tools are prohibited, this will not change. Such macro would be considered a breach of T/Cs.

Yea. No big deal. Just wasn't sure if essentially copy/pasting an open size would be seen as a third party tool. I strongly prefer the rules regarding third party tools overall. Thanks for the clarity!

No, position is on the tables for almost all tournaments. For the very large tournaments, probably > 1000 players, it stops showing up and never reappears in that tournament. That happened last night in the Rattlesnake L tourney, and that's probably what happened to you.

My table is frozen on break of the $22 15k. Says waiting for other tables to finish. Been on break for over 10 minutes now lol

Don’t use global poker, I was playing casino holdem and on 3 different occasions my sc coins depreciated. Once by 800, the other 2 times by 300. Absolutely pathetic

I played appx 20 sweeps coins hands yesterday around 11am Arizona time and never received my shovefest ticket. I was playing on the goat 20bb tables. Am I missing something?
