I just had a couple questions about receiving sweeps coins by sending a request by post. Thank you.

- Is this still active? Anyone on the forums been doing it and receiving their SC?

- Is there a limit to how many envelopes I can be credited for per month?

- Should I put anything inside the envelope or leave it empty?

- After Global receive the envelopes, how soon do the accounts get credited?

I made a deposit of 200 and received SC 206. Won the first tourney for SC 418 and didn’t cash a few others. My balance was SC 600 and I tried to cash out 200. They told me via email that my buyins only totaled SC 65 and was unable to cashout 200 until my total buyins matched 200 or higher. Anyone else have this happen?

Standard business by any online gambling site. It is in their TOS as well.

On BetOnline and Acr as long as I deposit with BTC I can withdrawal all my money after winning a tourney without ever matching my deposit, I’ve done it at least 50 times

It's called a playthrough requirement. Sites typically have rules where you need to put X amount in play (usually whatever you deposited or some multiple of that) at the tables before you can withdraw anything

Otherwise, people would be able to deposit and withdraw infinitely while the site eats the cost of the transactions

Hi sorry not sure if this is the right place for bugs but I am having a really weird one and wanted to see if anyone else is having it:

I am having a strange issue where every once in a while the bet sizes to call that the site is showing me are incorrect.
For example sometimes I may be under the gun, and I am sitting at a .1/,2 table and it shows the SB at $.5 and BB at $1
Or someone will have raised to $0.60 and when it gets to me it shows $3 to call.
Happens about 5-10% of the time....very weird

Ideas?

Under my Items, I don't have any Tickets but when I look at the Tournaments page, a number of tournaments have a Ticket icon, which I would guess means I have a ticket available for that tourny?

How can I see what tickets I have?

BTW - I've verified my account but have not added Bank details.

that just means there are satellites to that buyin level so that a ticket could be used, if you have any tickets available to you they would be in your items tab

Anyone else have a problem getting “pro mode” to work? I don’t even have the option any more even using the old felt.

So I'm coming back to online poker due to covid. I just took everything out of BOL because of bots/site security issues. Wanted to check (1) if Global has the same scale of bots at low stake games and (2) if paypal is still the only withdrawal option at Global. Thanks.

Ok thanks. Do you have any idea if there are bot rings going on the lower stakes?

not that I'm aware of, 90+% of my time is in tournament formats but no rakeback, extra hoops to jump through for cashouts to bot heavy countries, and just eye test from the tables would all suggest a relatively low risk of botting problems at low stakes. Tournaments i can say like 0 chance unless the bots were made in 2002.

plo50 is unbeatable lately!

over the last 2 years: good player loses 1 or 2 buyins around 90% of the time without winning. awful coolers against at same 90% rate vs awful coolers for.

I'm very suspicious that over these last 2 years, these plo50 games are colluding bots who know my cards and future cards! Higher stakes are just more subtle, same results The carefree opps wait to get you coolered and hammer pot into your nuts that will get cracked on the river every time.

It'd be nice to be able to trust plo online. Big ask. NLHE cash very similar.

I know these stakes feature some great players but, c 'mon.

The posts where ppl try to defend these results and opponents as very hardworking pros are sickening. Hardworking at cheating? Maybe but, so wrong, and illegal, as this is a legitimate USA business/site.

Now I expect no mercy all out scamming at the tables coming my way some more

NLHE cash is verrrrry beatable on Global. 5/10 is rigged, though.

And I know that sometimes the case is they are good or great players with excellent instincts or better.

Did you hit the refresh button next to your balance?

Is there a way to adjust the bet sizing buttons? Would like a 1/3 pot option but don't see how add that.

Also, any tips on the using the bet slider? Someone recently mentioned a newbie probably didn't know how to use the bet slider. He was probably talking about me lol. I haven't been using it cuz it's hard to get it to the amount I want easily. Are there tricks to these things that I'm unaware of?

I am trying to get my account verified using my drivers license. I was following the procedure fine until I took my selfie and then got the message “photo not recognized”. I tried the whole process over and over, and each time I got the message ‘photo not recognized”. Thus I cannot get verified. I should add I have a deposit of 300$ in my account made when I first signed on.
I contacted technical services many times and have received no help.
Any suggestions??
Thanks

Just a warning if you play a Jackpot SNG, don't x out of it or try to unregister, or you won't be able to get back in, and you won't get your money back.
