I hope they're on top of refunds because based on what I've read on forums and other players' experiences I'm concerned they're just going to ban my account if I contact customer service with anything legit.

Cool, it came back up and whoever was in a tourney just got blinded into oblivion while the guys whose connections came back faster collected all the chips. Pretty sweet. Look forward to how they don't resolve this.

I emailed support when it crashed and updated my ticket to say came back up to find that myself and majority of the players in both my tournies were blinded out. I expect to returned my buy ins + the tourney fees.

For the freeroll I wrote that I expect an 11 dollar ticket AT THE LEAST for a grizzly event but think that a 22 dollar ticket would be fair.

Why are tourney tables not popping up when the tourney starts?? I shouldn’t have to click “go to table” it should just pop up when it starts

Please respond ASAP I’m playing to many tables and not paying attention to know when to click “go to table” and when I move tables the other table doesn’t pop up right away I have to click “go to my table” this isn’t right!!! Please fix ASAP

Allow popups for the website in your browser settings

I just played well over 50 hands and didn't unlock the Daily 500 SC Bonanza!, nor does my main screen show me as having played any hands today (0/50 required). I've never had this happen before...anything wrong?

i just signed up, trying to just do play money, the tables won't load? then, i changed the setting to open the tables in new popup window and now they just open blank.

happens only in chrome (and turned off ad blocker). works in firefox. help?

Hi, I just signed up. I can't seem to type a bet size manually in the bet box. Is there a way to size a bet preflop to say 2.4x instead of 2x or 3x. Thanks.

Suddenly, seems Global players have to "opt-in" to make their Sharkscope stats viewable. Still, some players (older ones, maybe) are viewable (w/o having opted in). Anyone know what's going on?

888 forced them to remove all their data for 888 related tourneys. Not sure if we are feeling repercussions of said issue.
