I live in WA and am on tight bank Roll management because i can no longer deposit. This is working out ok though. My Q is what do I tell my accountant when they ask where this extra money came from? Can i say it is from a legal poker site? And when they say “but poker is illegal in WA” what is my reponse to be?

With that said, what I personally did (I also don't live in WA) is claimed the income as I would any other sweepstakes winnings. That is after all what any money I get from Global is, sweepstakes winnings.

Every now and then I cannot see a card I am holding or a card in the board and
I have no information of what is it. I get forced to play those hands either knowing only one of my holdings or not knowing all the community cards

I hadnt experienced this bug until earlier today and I have been playing on Global for almost a year now.

I mainly play cash games nlth

Does anyone came across this bug or this is just me?

We are aware of issues where one or more of hole cards/board cards are not displayed to the player. The cards are still in play but are not visible to the individual. For those affected, please create a support ticket via goo.gl/hqQEwv if you still haven’t. Kindly include screenshots & other info like OS, browser & name of the table. Thank you for your cooperation.

UPDATE: It was discovered that some ad blockers were blocking elements within the game specifically the Ace of Diamonds which was being picked up as "AD" or as an advertisement. We have a hotfix on its way to work around this but for the meantime, please check your browser or ad blocker settings and make sure that our site is included in the whitelist.

Hello i need help from a global rep.....ive cashedout multiple times on global over the last 3 months, and ive already sent in my bank statement and i.d card for verification months ago. So i go to cash out about a week ago and i get a email saying they are reconfirming all global players identitys. I sent in my i.d again and i have not heard anything back from global at all and cashout status is still pending.....my global username is chipleeper89

Please Help!!

Withdrawals: ive been uploading and re-uploading my docs and still waiting to cash out my first sweeps winnings. They're quick to take $ but give u the run around when u make a withdrawal. if this doesn't work i think ill just stick to playing live.

I can't speak to your exact situation but I've w/d multiple times and I usually get the money in 4-5 days in my bank account. Make sure you are following their instructions and ask them for clarification on things you aren't sure about.

Can someone clear something up for me about the Big Ante tournies Global has run lately?

I just played in the Xmas 24 Big Ante, and I thought Antes increase very quickly while blinds stay very low, or at least thats how I thought it was in the first Big Ante tournie I played a few days ago. But tonights tournie had blinds increasing quickly, while antes stayed small. have I lost my mind or something?

Is the global guy/girl around? I made the money in another sng and did not get paid because of bot at the table who still had close to starting stack, but was not on the player list only showed at the table. never payed blind or ante but prevented me from getting paid this has happened before and i have screen shots.... bots name "Cool hand42" yes a space in the name and avatar is a robot lol can i get help again in posting pics?

That’s good advice, cheers. Just wish the word “Poker” was not in then website name. You dont happen to know the amount at which we habe to declare? I am just thinking of limiting the amount withdrawn each year to avoid the conversation altogether.

Prepaid ones? Green Dot makes international payments a pain in the ass, NetSpend had been no problem though. I know three people that used theirs.

I play using just the alert sounds but they seem to not be working today, is there a fix for this? weirdly, gameplay sounds work fine when i turn them on but alert doesn't... is the audio file corrupted or blocked or is it something else?
