I was compensated for the above issue, but their assesment that I had auto-fold ticked is wrong. I clearly remember sliding my mouse over and having the cards pulled away. I do concede a strong chance my router glitched or other browser windows being open made it less secure. Still feels alarming even if nobody was at fault.

Yeah, was 12 tabling at 20NL and then this happened.
Shame, cause it was such a soft night - hopefully they pick it up soon!

Also, when I'm on main page and go to cashout, it says my balance is $0 which is way off. If that's the case, I'm missing ~3.5k. This is absurd. I just started playing on here today against the advice of my friends. Lesson learned I guess??? Just please return my funds if they are missing...

I was just playing. Deposit $100, 3 separate occasions (busted out first 2 times). 3rd rebuy I run it up to about $550. Lose two big pots and leave with about $385. Go to buy in to another table and it says no money. Waited, thinking it was just delayed from another hand being played. Still nothing. Log out, try to log in and now I can’t login to my account. I can login on the website, but not the Poker application on my phone. When on the website I click cashout and says I have no money. This should be interesting on what happened to my $385.

Please, please, please work on having our balances auto-update immediately when we exit the tables. It's so hard to keep track of our swings on top of the times where crashes or scheduled maintenance comes into play!

Really sick of all the crap and they want throw any bones only trash back at us .. going to bed this site is killing what little volume has left. Mornings no games and crashes so cant plY now either ... What a joke cant count how much money I lost cause crashes and such

lol.. glad it wasnt only me.. i was having a horrific global session literally 0 cashes with 12 GP (most volume of any of my 5 sites) and i was down to my last 2 trnys.. little $3 $500 gtd timbeys, but had a good stack in 1 of em and poof, just like that we're locked out and unable to log back in and says my balance is $0 when i should have around $2.3K.. real sick of online poker lately.. especially Mondays, easily worst day to grind of the week but unfortunately i can't pick and choose which days to play, just a matter of when is convenient )-;

I was playing the 3k Gtd., $10 SC 1R1A tonight and right after the second break I was logged out and unable to be logged back in. After multiple attempts, I contacted Global. I was 20th out of 35 give or take with 14k in chips. After trying to log in every two minutes or so from 1:00 to 1:45, I finally get in and the tourney isn’t anywhere to be found and my money is gone.

Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Is there an android and or iPhone app in development for Global Poker?

I just signed up, and like the software, but the betting slider and buttons are too small in a browser on my kindle tablet and it makes it hard to use

I cant imagine global is even playable on a smart phone browser?

Something like the PPPoker app would be amazing

Anyone else getting timed out cannot connect to server? was playing the 500 everything was great until the break came back from break spinning wheel with the connecting to server message. reopened the table same thing again and again etc etc over 15 times blinded out what to do?
