No and No.

So far only PayPal available and I haven't seen any indication they plan on shifting in this area.

Rackback has been talked about a lot, and they do offer some very small nearly-freeroll tournaments (I think it is $0.11 entry) for hitting a certain number of hands but you don't have to play the $weeps Cash to get those hands, so it really isn't really rackback or a reward for $weeps cash game players.

I don't think they verify if the owner of the paypal matches their records (not sure but I don't thing so) BUT they will tie your one PayPal account to your one Global account. So that would likely keep you from being able to do what you are looking to do.

Does anything happen to expired satellite tickets other than the blatantly obvious, that they expire worthless?

For example, I have a $77 ticket to a round 3 satellite and I might not be home anytime to play one before it expires tomorrow. Is it just worthless then?

One player a while back got a check as there was some very extreme circumstances, but I would count on that being the exception not the rule. My advice has always been don't leave more money on Global, or any online poker site for that matter, than you are comfortable with seeing disappear the next day. Getting money to and from Global is just too easy to justify leaving a large amount in play, especially if it makes you jittery.

I just signed up and have a few questions maybe a rep or reg player can answer.

- Do the paypal payments that flow in/out come with any sort of note attached or are they just literally a payment transaction? Paypal flags accounts depending on notes put in there, so just checking on this. I have read some peoples' accounts are being frozen using GP, so I would like to know this.

- I am hearing mixed answers on the HH question in terms of receiving them. Are you able to get hand histories and if so do you have to request them from support, or are they in the client similar to Bovada/Ignition where you have to wait 24 hours and then they will only be available for 1 week to download?

- This may belong in the other thread, but in terms of the RNG discussion are people basically dismissing the postflop aspect of poker or are they saying that the lottery method is only used for hands that are AIPF and if there is any postflop play then it goes to normal RNG?

- Is there an auto top up feature available I assume?

- How many cash game tables run at the 100nl 6max at night (US CST time)? I'm just looking for an estimate, if its a couple or something like close to 10 as an example....

Currently 19 tables of 6 Max NL100, which seems like typical nightly traffic

- HH is review able only for Cash games, not downloadable (without breaking TOS with some browser extensions) and clunky to review at best

-RNG is best for the RNG thread, but I will say IMO the lottery theory seems like a bad one because were it true, and someone knew this, they would just shove every hand. You would win any hands where everyone folds but you, and win any hands where you were the "picked" winner. So all of the "lottery believers" should put there money where their mouth is, and start shoving any 2. We will see how long they last.

-There is an auto-top up feature. I don't use it often, but it has worked fine when I have. The one catch is there is no auditing of a table after a session. So you need to trust the auto-top up worked correctly and your account balance is also correct. This is one of my number 1 things that I think Global needs to fix.

Can't Login with Facebook. When I do it goes to facebook to do login and then I complete and then it goes to GlobalPoker page that says to register with facebook you need to allow access to your account. Of course I'm already registered. I did send a message to support but no response. Never had issues like this before. Is the site down?

I've been having sound problems with Global since the beginning but out of nowhere, I've lost all sound. It used to just be one table out of 3 or 4 on occasion, now it's all of them. When i try to use browers other than Chrome, new tables don't pop up in their own windows and therefore I can't "layer" or otherwise cascade tables. Anybody know how to rectify this situation? It's keeping me from playing.

I use Opera, which is a lean and mean version of Chrome. I occasionally lose most but not all sounds (still gives action alert and shuffle sound). Sound can be restored by refreshing the main Global Poker window but you have to quickly sit in on all the tables.

Quick question. To play in the weekend leaderboard challenge tournaments it says i have to play gold coin cash games to qualify? the real money cash games dont count toward this?

I'm considering adding this network just to boost my volume/choices. What are the lowest cash game stakes offered? Is there a first deposit bonus or anything like that?

Yes that is correct. Sweeps cash count toward the Bonanza tourneys, but only gold coin cash hands count towards the gold coin challenge weekend tourneys.
