Check with your card holder as well, it could have set off some flag when an initial $300 went out first, and then another what I guess is larger sum went out the next day. To a bank, that looks like someone doing things they shouldn't with a card they just stole. Small transaction, then swing for the fences. Although, $300 is a bit on the big side of a small transaction.

Joey do you realize that your site's button placement gets messed up when going down to heads up play? How has this not been fixed after months...

What company does Global Poker use to ensure that Global Poker is not cheating players? There has been too many times where by percentages a player should win over time. However, it seems that bad players always get there with the worse of hands and somehow always know when to fold when a player has a premium hand like KK or AA.

Has anyone experienced the cards on the flop not showing up? I get dealt my whole cards as does everyone else. Then after first round of betting I can hear the flop dealt but I cannot see it... I've logged off and back on. I've left and come back onto the site multiple times, not sure how I could fix this. It happens in both cash and coin games all day today for me, can't play.

I haven't seen that, and I can't think of anyone else saying they have seen it either (at least not in the forums). Have you sent an email to support?

Also look into an application called ShareX. Its a freeware screen capture software for Windows where you can make video of this happening to you. That will likely help with support as this is one of those problems that is going to be tricky for them to understand. They might think you aren't explaining it well. But once someone sees the video they go "Oh wow, yeah that's not good"

Regardless if you can see them or not make sure to pass that info along to support. It might help narrow down where the problem could lie if you can see these flop cards but not yours when you are playing, or if you can't ever see flop cards.

I realized my 2nd form of add blocker turned on after a few weeks of playing on the site and I hadn't noticed.

EDIT: it wouldn't allow me to see replays of hands on external links as well, for anyone else encountering a similar issue

Yeah that makes perfect sense then. GL at the tables. I bet it is easier to play being able to see the cards

Globalpoker support, since the most recent update- or at least this started for me on Tuesday- when I try to multi table on my tablet the whole screen flashes in and out. It is very difficult to keep track of the action. It stops flashing if i go to one table. Also, sometimes I can't close a player note at all and the note is on top of my action buttons.
I have also noticed that sometimes when I call or raise my action buttons disappears and then comes immediatly back as if the action has gone around the table and come back to me. But I can see that the next player has not acted yet. It is very frustrating.
All of these problems began around Tuesday. I had never experienced any of them previously.
I thought I should bring these issues to your attention.

It has been asked for before, and so far not implemented. May not be high on the priority list as it might be seen as "reg friendly" which Global has so far been against.

Make sure to send this to Global support with a ticket if you haven't already.

Sweepstakes is just an end around the IS law, like ClubWPT uses.

The math seems off but it's because of the tremendous amount of recs that hold an ace at all costs and suck out. You will often find yourself in 3 and 4 player pots at showdown.

They pay overnight and it's much softer than you're used to, much. That also comes with LOTS of players that call and chase.

once they allow hand histories then you will be able to tell if the math adds up. Until then, in global we trust.

I got a response from GP. It happens on tablets in Chrome and doesn't happen in Firefox. Solution - use Firefox.

I believe in order for them to do business under the "sweepstakes" model they have to offer a package with no real money attached. There have been people who purchase this package by mistake and I have read that Global will give them a 1 time refund.
