Fyi, I was unable to use FF or IE, it loaded in Edge but tables were not functional. Chrome works.

I love HUNL but I don't see this being great for the site.

I really would enjoy HUSNG if the rake was not over 5%.

I can chat on my tablet. But maybe sound is not an option. If it is not, I think that it should be. I use the sounds a lot and would play more if I had them on my tablet.

Thought there was something wrong with my iPad. Is sound indeed not an option for iPad play?

I get audio on my phone, but the play is erratic. Screen is always resizing, flipping, etc. If an app isn't in the future, maybe there's some way to up the smartphone game a bit.

If my global poker account is registered in Canada but my paypal is registered in Europe can I still use that paypal to play on global poker? Or would the paypal need to be registered in Canada as well?

You can probably deposit and play, but you will only be able to withdraw if you provide support staff with a US issued identification and proof of US address.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO VERIFY YOUR DOCUMENTS IN ORDER TO CASH THEM OUT?

We require verification once you request your first cashout of winnings. This is to make sure that funds are sent to the correct account holder. Once the documents are sent, we verify them as soon as possible. The cash out process depends on whether or not the correct form of identification has been sent through. It normally takes about 5 days for verification to take place. Once your account is verified, it takes an additional 5 days for your funds to be processed to your account.

This verification only applies to your first time cash out your winnings. Future withdrawals will not require verification.

WHAT SORT OF DOCUMENTS DO I NEED FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BECOME VERIFIED?

You will need 2 of the following documents to be sent at support@globalpoker.com :

1) A valid primary ID (w/ photo), which can be any of the following:
- Passport
- Driver's license
- National/State ID
- Other government issued ID, aside from the ones mentioned above (Veteran's ID, etc.)
2) A supporting document under your name as proof of address:
- Utility Bill (electricity, telco, water, etc. not older than 3 months)
- Notarized agreement form for lease (nothing hand-written)
- Bank statements
- Medical insurance

Reporting a heads up bug in Cash games

A player before posting BB insta sits out and sits back in, it cause player in sb post small blinds twice. Everyone has been abusing this lately. Please clean it up.

I've mentioned this at least 5 times so far. Most troublesome bug when tables start to break and you just get the privilege of paying that bb twice

Oh, not sure, but I think the verification is one way, as in your personal paperwork. I would be surprised if it was cross referenced with PayPal. That's a good question, seems like it would take a lot of effort. PayPal is not known for expending much effort to help and Global seems to get people verified now in hours.

I'd send a PM to Joey and ask. I think he is on a euro schedule, so he may even respond tonight.

I am actually on an Australian schedule... however, whenever I work back late I guess it becomes a Euro schedule!

Well, in my defense, I am American.

There are two kinds of places on this planet. America and not-America.

+1

There are three kinds of people on this planet: those who count and those who can't.

Been discussed, thought is that it is required by some type of law. Annoying, but a quick click and you're on your way.
