Yes I am ****ing furious. In the money in one tournament. Playing 2 others. Wanted to register to the 9:30 $20 buy in. and your **** software can't keep up. Lags all day and now we're locked out.

It's been several months since I can remember the site crashing. Happened fairly frequently in June. Frustrating as I was in a couple of tournaments & doing well

The software is terrible. Probably part of reason player pool is so small.

I am disconnected... This is 2nd time I have had this issue. checked my router and all my connections everything seems fine. I guess its on globals end.

Wtf. I was in the money of tournament. The server crashes the tournament is gone from the lobby, no refund and not even the money I was already guaranteed from cashing.

Send a direct message to one of the Customer Svc reps on here. They'll check it out & usually get you a fair share of the payout from the tournament. You'll usually get an email soon after your message telling you they're working your issue.

My cpu can't run this site. Can anyone confirm that this software is cpu intensive when running 5 tables? I only have an I3 laptop, but if I combine that w 5-7 tables on WPN my cpu is at 100%, with firefox around 70%+

Sorry if this has been asked before, but when a tournament starts, nothing happens when I click the "Go to Table" button. I have to search for my username in the list of players and click on the go to table button next to it, and those usually take a minute or so to show up after the tournament has already started. I usually miss a couple hands, and if I happen to be the blinds, I lose those.

I use Chrome fwiw.

I tried searching the forum and the Global faqs and cannot find an answer to my issue. I am hoping it is something easy that I missed.

I opened a new account and verified email, and I can login to the site after which it displays my username. So far so good. When I select "play poker" I only get a screen showing a working symbol that never completes an action. Opera is my default browser so I tried it with Firefox and got the same results. I could not find any firewall or domain blocks.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to what I should try
next?

Has anyone experienced their cards not showing/appearing during game play? Today, I fired up 6 cash tables, and my cards would not show after being dealt to me. Sometimes, one card would eventually "appear", sometimes two cards if I time banked long enough. Same went for the community cards. My connection is fine, and I was able to 6 table a few hours ago. This is a definite first for me and it cost me a few BBs. I tried one tabling instead, same glitch.
