You’re literally doing everything to try to shut down a good, US site. When you come back from 2011 and realize just having an option to play is good, especially one that w/d so fast and easy, maybe you’ll be appreciative before it’s gone. If you don’t like their site, don’t play. At the least, don’t complain any chance you get how the RNG is rigged, how awful they are, how people should report them, etc then pop up at tables. Just move along.

I have to say, I don't think he will be successful if that is indeed what he is trying to do. I do my best not to assume what people's motives are.

Still I also have to completely agree, this is a free market, and if you don't like the price, or if you don't like what Global is doing, or you don't like their slogan, or their logo, or that their name rhymes with Zobal, you can leave.

You can also complain on 2+2 as well, that is also allowed, but ultimately Global will listen to these complaints when the games shrink up. And as long as the games stay steady, and/or grow, their incentive to make changes to rake and other things that hit their bottom line is going to be very low.

And the games are not going to shrink up if people just come here and complain, and go play at Global, just like they always have.

If people are complaining here, and have stopped playing on Global, but still want the site to change and hope they do. Complain on! Because that, in my opinion, is the way to really see a difference get made. You might want to also put in your comments that you have stopped playing on Global because of the reasons of your complaint. That will have a lot more impact with Global support reps when they take it to their higher ups.

Not since that major bug that happened a while back. You might try the newest Firefox, I have been very pleased with it in many aspects.

Global reps any update on any software changes that are listed in the improvement thread? How do you feel about the extreme bumhunting going on at higher stakes due to the rake structure? Do you feel that rec players knowingly getting bumhunted on your site is good? Thanks in advance

I asked a question about when the bb goes back to 100 bbs after we leave the tables. I asked 2 days ago I never got response from support. On acr it goes back to 100 bbs after 30 min. I come back hrs later the bb still the same amounts. Does their support not answer questions? How long does it take to get a response from them?

I see you and splayaa arguing. I just joined global about a week ago. I play on acr, betonline, been on pretty much every site. I do have to say the software is not the greatest they need to work on it but I actually like the software. I played poker for over 10 years making a living at it btw. I like the fact there is no russians the players actually seem like real players and there is no hud for people to use. Just my 2 cents anyways I like the site. Been bad beat a ton but I don't mind as long as I know my opponent are real people over time the money will come. Our only options are ACR, Betonline, Global poker pretty much. Take your pick your gonna have things you dont like about all of them. Either way its good practice for when you do go play live at the casino you will have edge over other players with heavy volume online. Look at it as practice for live games.

The point is, even though the harsh and frightening association that created so much trepidation and butthurt for some, prevented a total of ZERO players from either joining or leaving the site. Another way of putting that it is, it doesn't/didn't matter.

"be hapy to play and get paid fast, expect nothing else" or "ruin poker in america and line our pockets in 12 months" shall we carry on adewd? I voted fro trump and loved the slogan gp was running for a while, till they showed their true colors. Im still winning but not as much as id like or should be and i see this site and whole economy on gp dying off real fast if they dont make some changes.

Im beating the site but its just getting worse and worse by the day I literally hate playing here. My body is sore from all the cringing and stress I cant take much more. I will most likely be moving my roll asap same as smitty and others have said if gp doesnt change the sturctures, offer some rewards or fix the rng. I wake up every day and hate having to play here.

edit - and no i wont stop playing here as long as im winning but i think i should be winning MUCH more and ill tell everyone i know and that reads it to avoid it at all costs. Ill play the over raked games and battle the regs in he dwindling player pool for a few reasons. If the player pool is as soft as everybody says why isnt anybody winning over 20% in stts over 1k+ games, or even 10%? thats great we are past 2 now but really?

I will put it in a simple straightforward way, no sane person ever joined or left a poker site because of a slogan. Definitely not a professor or statistician, but pretty fluent in common sense. Players leave a site when they don't get paid, seem infested in bots, lose player benefit programs, or can't win, as an example. Deciding whether or not to play based on a slogan is not a reality. Those that had sensitive moments over the slogan continued to play at Global, which was my point and proven when someone that did not like the slogan continued to play and noticed it changed. Nowhere has anything I said about it been politically based, just common sense.

Players will deal with closing tables, lags, disconnects, high rake, etc....but they have to draw the line at a slogan they just cannot handle. Sure.

That sounds like burnout, been there done that. Take a week or two off, clear the head, and start fresh, otherwise you twist yourself up into a pretzel and start hating the game.

side note i want to give myself some credibality here, I played for Monteroy's stable for 2+ years, global staking it was called theres probably still an ad in staking marketplace here. I also beat super turbs for 10% and got myself a sharkscope badge for 19th n the world in 2011 so i kinda know what im talking about. I moved to mexico in 2013 on a stake from monteroy and associates. I have earned and deserve a platform to speak from.

I dont think he is doing it now but id bet some like him are i can tell from the play and traffic in my games.

shoot its probably part my fault pulling off 2k from 6$ stts in 2 months before ss started tracking it no wonder the games got changed/removed lol. But after the work ive put in and time i feel i should be able to be allowed to beat a soft player pool not have it taken from me ala amayastars business model.
