I guess it wasn't a bad thing I was done playing right before all of this happened. I was trying to register for a tourney and hit the button and then the site didn't come back. It looks fine now, and my balance appears to be correct. I would suggest everyone do the same and submit a support request if you see an issue.

GP needs to add accessibility to table buyin/cashout transactions. Without this players who play several games cannot verify their own account balances are correct. Every site allows players to access table logs other than GP.

This is quite an issue. I have requested that GP make these logs available in the past and I am doing so again. Allow players to access their table transaction logs GP.

It is. And they are on it. But it can all be resolved by allowing Transaction logs to be viewed by players in the UI. All it needs is the time, date, transaction amount, and account balance after transaction to be shown. They are going to be forced to do this sooner or later anyways as it will become a much larger issue. Might as well go ahead and add it in the settings menu.

someone recommended this site to me, yet I can't find any info about rake structure (other than "5%" in the early pages)

Is this site something you guys would recommend at this point? Seeing alot of complaints/issues in the last few pages...

I'm a huge fan of Global and would love to see it grow. I definitely would recommend it with hopes that all the negatives will eventually get ironed out.

But for the time being the fact is that when it comes to short handed (less than 4 players) and games above $1/$2 Global's rake structure is the least competitive in the business. I think it's a fact that needs to be repeated over and over so hopefully it gets adjusted to the industry standards.

i still can't find anything in that thread that says anything about the % before the cap, i've heard its 5% but I can't get anyone from Global to actually confirm it, I've sent 2 emails that were both responded to without answering the question

They offer free rolls and stuff for seeing a certain number of flops at a certain stakes. But other than that, not really.
