Any chance of letting others know the secret to registering when faced with the same message?

Nevermind, hellspawn9999 figured it out, at least partly:

It seems the password needs to be 8 exactly characters long.
Not "at least" as the instructions claim.

Or maybe it can't have special characters like $ or !.
As soon as I cut it short to 8 characters I was able to submit the form.
The problem is with the special characters, at least it can't include "!" (I didn't test for others.)

But my Paypal account shows 2 charges for $50 at 8:51pm tonight.. Please refund one of the charges since the first attempt failed.

When/why/how frequently do notes disappear? I play on my laptop and desktop, does that affect it?

Find the gear icon at top left of screen, next to Lobby button. This is the settings gear. Press gear. Select GAME SETTINGS. Turn "Four color deck" ON/OFF button to ON. And you should be set.

I cashed out twice, first for $50 then for $300. A few days ago I tried to cash out for $800, and now they made up some weird story about two people I've never heard of playing from "my location". I play through my facebook account and there's 0% chance that anyone else is playing from my internet connection. Looks like they're having liquidity problems and trying to delay cashouts

I doubt they are having liquidity issues. I cash out consistently (all cashouts 4 figures) and have no issues with withdrawls.

You need to loosen up and let some of the rest of us win some too.

Hey just because I cash out doesn't mean I am a winner xD #looseisright

I have purchased two $20 gold coin packages, and both times I attempted to register for the OWC Daily Purchase Challenge $500 Freeroll. Both times I was denied and locked out of the game. I emailed SUPPORT@GLOBALPOKER.COM over a week ago and have not received any kind of response. My username is ShamRokk.

Jump to conclusions much?

If you read the cash outs thread you'll see they are not trying to delay your $800 cash out due to liquidity problems.

For the sit n go people, how do you all feel about having 1000 chips? Personally, should they be at least 1500. I know they dont have to of course, but for a standard game i think it should be a bit more. Turbos are fine as is.

I remember seeing you placed 2nd in the 7500 right? Trying to cash those winnings? Any update on that?

No thank you. I think 1000 is perfect for 10 min blind levels. I would like to see the clock paused when someone disconnects on SNGs, but that may not be possible in the software. Other than that, I would change nothing with the SNGs.

Even money bet. You name the stakes. Their financial accounts are in better shape than your financial accounts.

All trolling aside I have have seen people talk about people both playing from the casino wifi and looking like two players on the same IP. This could have happened to you as well.

Even if you only play from your house, the likely hood that your IP hasn't changed is quite low. Unless you have a business level internet plan that requires and pays for a static IP (as mine does for the business I run from my home) then you are on a Dynamic IP, i.e. It will change. If someone else with your same Internet Provider also plays on global, it is possible you two would have had the same IP, although at different times.

It seems much more likely that global is still working out the bugs when it comes to IP detection and fraudulent play over the idea they can't muster up your 800 bucks.

Couldn't find my answer in a search: is there a way to view the previous hand, like on other sites where you click and a graphic of the showdown pops up?

Sort of, but not really how you are thinking. Look at page 47 of this post to see my response to this question with an example link.

The chances of two people playing on the same IP address because of a changing dynamic address is astronomically low - let alone 3. It sounds great like a great story but nearly impossible.

There is likely more to the story than what was previously stated. Some people think they can get away with more than they actually can.

Are you trying to imply people spin a story from only a very particular point of view on internet forums without revealing all of the truth of the matter? Dang, I have lost all faith in the internet now

Agreed my theory is very likely not the scenario, just presenting alternative theories that hold more water than global is having liquidity issues at the level of $800.
