About how long does it take for support to reply to an email? I sent one lastnight.

Hello Global Poker Rep, I sent in my verification documents a week ago and still haven't heard anything back. Can you check on this and expedite as I am getting a bit worried? Thanks

Is that the verification of your email that you are talking about? There has been some issues in the past with some emails getting through ISP filters in some areas. The word 'poker' sometimes is used and the emails with it in the header may not even get to the recipient. If it is a Gmail type account, then I cannot imagine what could be the delay.

I have seen the rep post today, you may want to PM her directly.

The honeymoon is over. Just in the last week and a half the games have gotten 10x's more reg infested and the fish are disappearing. While the games are still good they aren't 2005 good like they were a month ago. However, due to paypal fees, no rakeback, and increase in good regulars showing up, this site won't be profitable whatsoever in a few months (unless you're reeeally good). Thank goodness I live in NV where I have fee free withdrawals and rakeback.

Kinda difficult to have confidence not an operation when they never reply to your email. On top of that other posters here are having the same problem

Please check your hand history and provide us the table ID. To cash out, go to the lobby and click on the "Buy Gold Coins" button found at the upper right corner of your screen and look for the "Cash Out" tab.

You still don't have PM privileges. You need to post more or ask Bobo Fett to activate it for you. Personally, I prefer Safari over Chrome. Try to use Private Browsing and see if it will make a difference.

You will be able to play on our tables but at the moment, only players from the US and Canada (except Quebec) can cash out their winnings.

This is actually quite a security concern. I am interested if they will release any official statements/fixes about switching your FB log in to a user ID and PW (currently not an option i believe). Though with the way they have handled business in the past i am doubtful.


On a side note - if anyone is worried about cash outs just be patient. After verification my cash outs have only sped up. They are currently coming in less than 24 hours.
We can actually do that for you if you no longer want to associate the Facebook account that you used to create your account and just use your email address to log in.

PayPal is not allowing me to deposit most of the time. Anyone else face this issue? I can't even select a payment method. It is like automatically rejected?
