I too requested a payout 2 days ago (May 4th) and have sent in my ID and Bank Statement the same day, yet my payout is still showing pending. AND the sweeps money was deducted from my Global account already... Please advise?

The bigger sngs are great...that 90 seater is way too big though..hope there's more to come..love the added tourneys too, would love to see a bounty tourny!

Of course I am checking the same email. I get your other emails but not this one.

I resent the e-mail. It should be in your PayPal account around midnight (EST).

I sent the recent medical bill finally! oops sent a medical card earlier, not bill. thanks looking forward to approval and lettin everyone know it worked! Am I all approved now it sent at 6:48PM NY time zone

I have had zero issues depositing and cashing out with Global Poker until yesterday and still today. When I try to make a deposit I get this message,

Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

Is this a Paypal Issue? I dont have any funds in my Paypal Account, I use my linked Debit Card which Ive always used with no issues since my very first deposit.

Why now am I getting this message and not able to make a deposit?

This will be my third time trying to cashout with no luck every time i get a email saying i need to send id. I reply back with everything they ask for and i never hear back!! What am i doing wrong they owe me 300 bucks am i getting scammed?

Can you try purchasing again using a different device? If you're using a mobile device, try on a desktop/laptop and vice versa. If you're still getting the same error message, kindly provide a screenshot if you can. Thank you!

I love the site but i originally tried to cashout wednesday and never heard back i gave up and started playing again. Lol since then ive cashed out again and resent everything they asked for and never heard back from them
