lol what's your alternative, just never cashing out?

Customer support -- any word on using bitcoins as a transaction method? People aren't very happy paying so much money on withdrawal fees.

Lol well no that's not really an option either...cs stated awhile ago that they were supposedly working on other options or eliminating fees so I was thinking about waiting till then...but there's no guarantee it ever happens....

I am having trouble with communicating with Global Poker support. I have cashed out 4 times, with the only problem being the verification documents, which I had to send 5 times. Support kept saying they did not receive them. They finally verified me and 4 cashouts went smooth and fast. I was delighted. On my 5th cashout I ran into problems. They sent me an email accusing me of having multiple accounts, and to email them back to "enlighten them". I only registered one account. I have only played using one screen name, "Little Fish". I have explained this in about a dozen emails, but again, they say they are not getting the emails. I checked with the technical department of my email provider, and they assured me that the problem was on Global's end, not mine. I went on their Facebook page and chatted with a Global rep. He suggested I try a different email address. I did, and finally got a response as follows:

I am writing you about my cashout status. I have replied about a dozen times with my comcast email that I used when I signed up, but apparently you are not recieving them. When I chatted with your Rep on Facebook, they said to try another email address, which I am doing now with my yahoo email. I have cashed out 4 times with no problems, but the cashout I have pending was denied. You accused me of having multiple accounts. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I signed up in late February from an email I got offering a free $2. That is the only account I have opened. I chose the screen name "Little Fish". This is the only screen name I have used. There is not much more I can say. Please reply so we can settle this matter. Sincerely,Thomas Lee Olson aka "Little Fish"

Wow. I don't know what else to do. I can't find any way to edit my Global account to change my email address.
PLEASE HELP ME.
Prior to this, I had nothing but great things to say about Global Poker

At the moment we are processing cash outs once a day.
It's been 2 days since I sent the documentation verifying my identity and I have not received a response. Explanation?

Global Poker is a scam. I've played there for the past month, and paid close attention. Certain players actions are very suspicious and eventually I called one of them out on it. After doing so, he started complimenting me and I caught cards for the next two hours. built up a 30 dollar stack at a .02/.04 table. He subtly admitted what was going on. Believe what you want, but that's what happened.

That aside, I've contacted support a couple times and they responded quickly. This week, I decided to cash out and sent in my info to verify my identity and they have not responded. I sent the initial e-mail on Tuesday, follow ups on Wednesday and Thursday, and also one today. Still nothing. Scrolling through this thread, I see I'm not the only one who's having this problem.

If you have successfully cashed out in the past, it seems those days are over.My personal theory is that they ran a (semi)legitimate site at first so the community would vouch, then ran the "bunny series" promotion and sucked everyone in, and robbed us.

Do not give them another dime.

I hate to use the term "set-up hands" because I know people are going to jump on here and call me a paranoid schitzo donk or whatever, but basically that. I'd have something like AK, raise preflop, flop a king, bet it hard but still get called down and he'd make 2 pair on the river with KJ. Stuff like that. He always found the card he needed while I had something I wasn't going to lay down. Or another example, I'd flop a set and he'd make a straight on the river playing 63 from the big blind calling down pot bets with a gutshot. Not once, not twice, but over and over. After I called him out, I ran hot. I was the one getting all the cards and making monsters. Beating people with full houses over flushes. Anyone who has spent a lot of time around a poker table knows that isn't how it goes. Suck outs happen, idiots are idiots, and people run hot. Yea. But it doesn't happen every hand.

It's funny, because my first few deposits, I didn't think anything of it. Eh, I lost $20 bucks, whatever... but then I started to notice that each time I deposited and started to get up, I just kept getting sucked out on over and over and over until I was down to nearly nothing or busted. Like I said, the first few times I didn't question it. I took too big of a shot, moved up stakes too quickly, and did myself in. That's how I rationalized it. So the next time, I stayed at the same stakes even when I was up a couple hundred off of a $20 dollar deposit, and it still kept happening. The only difference was that I wasn't losing as much. That's when I decided to withdraw and BOOM. Global support is MIA.

I made a withdraw request 3 days ago , but I never received any emails for verification. I logged in with Facebook. Please help

Just to let you all know, my issue has been resolved with Global. I finally got my cashout into my PayPal account after posting on this forum and another one. Guess you just have to make a little noise.

Stop smoking what you're smoking. Take some math classes, or basic logic courses, learn about sample sizes, etc. Honestly, just LOL.

We'd call you a paranoid schizo donk because you are. You think you're the first person to say that about a poker site? lmfao.

Jokes?

They raised $16 million from public investors, it is public record. They don't have enough players to even make it worth their while to abscond with their balances. Their customer service has been brutal lately, for sure. The rest of the claims is nonsense. They are running a scam, a penny player 'caught' them, called it out, and then it was admitted, subtly, to them in the open chat.

No, actually that had nothing to do with it. You just had to wait, like I just waited 4 days for a cashout which I finally got last night. I didn't whine about it on any forum but they still sent me my money, imagine that.

You can tell global caters to a recreational demographic. If these players don't receive a cashout within a couple of days they think it's a sign of the apocalypse.
