They still have the 100 flops banner up but if you click on it you get a pop up that says this tournament is no longer available. The 111 flops still is though, so is the 500 flops... at least for now.

My guess, and since they haven't communicated anything it's purely a guess, is that they are going to transition to some kind of new promo. Maybe the leader board or something else. I guess we'll find out when we find out.

How long does ID verification usually take? I sent in all of my documents on saturday and still haven't gotten a response.

I have also already sent in docs Monday..but I'm sure they just disregarded it since I canceled my cash out to play more...but I made a bit more in $weeps and got another email to verify my docs..

I also got an I'd verification email from chumbo casino it think it's called but was confused if it was for global as well so haven't sent them anything until I get a confirmation on where to send my docs again...

Doc verification can take up to a week. Mine was Tues-Sat. I hear it's been on the quicker side recently but I think YMMV.

I doubt it would. They are looking for verification of your current address. Election officials are often not notified timely of address changes or even notified at all as people who move will vote absentee in their former jurisdiction and get it sorted later when an election happens. When we move and think of all the places who need our new address, most people don't think about voter registration. That's why utility bills are ideal, everyone needs utilities and a current bill means you live there currently. If you don't have any utilities in your name, they are probably going to be looking for some type of billing in your name that you'd have your current address updated to. Cell phone bill, credit card bill, bank statement comes to mind. IDK if they accept those but I'd guess they would.

Yeah your probably right. They need a letter with your address and a date 3 months or less on it, at it didn't have a date. But I ended up finding a pdf of a card statement I had and they got back to me verifying it within a couple hours or less...time to rack up some winnings!

Is there anyway to see my transaction history from like the cash transferred to each poker table etc the hand history isnt a good way to do it. I think its probably supposed to be under history on the main globalpoker.com page? Only problem is its always blank and never any transactions there. Trying to see like what my balance was to start each day what i transferred to each table etc just basic things all sites provide?

If you are trying to log in using Safari, give it some time. It seems sluggish on my iPhone but will finally load.

I haven't found anything like this yet. I can't even find a hand history for tournaments, though the $weeps games I can see fine. Maybe I'm missing it too, but I don't think anything like this exists yet.

Any updates on different cash out method to avoid PayPal fees? Not thrilled with the fee that pay pal would take

I mean if this stuff is legal can't they cut us checks? I'd rather pay $25 fee for a check than roughly $40 bucks every $1000 I cash out. Bitcoin even better too.

Totally agreed....I was honestly torn about cashing out last nite and eating the $40 some in fees.

I'm not positive, but this could be a Google thing. In their never ending need to invade your privacy, they have a 'sandbox' for Chrome. Basically, it 'protects' you from lesser known or newer sites. Have you ever been able to play on Global?

You could try to amend it on your own computer and bypass their 'safety feature'. Right click the Chrome desktop icon and go to the properties box. Click Shortcut and scroll to the end of the "Target" line. Scroll, do NOT delete. then click space bar one time and type in....

--no-sandbox

Click apply at the bottom of the window and try it again. Like I said, I'm not 100% certain this is the issue, but I do know that Chrome can be finicky and depending on how you have your computer set up, a site that works for one person may not work for another. You could also try another browser, updating your Java, turn off a VPN if you are using one, and insure that your anti-virus is granted full permissions to allow the page to open. It is an open two-way connection, so you may have to manually set permissions to allow it to run.

I still don't know why a rep from Global hasn't address these ongoing issues their players have. With the overall potential of the US market, I would think insuring they have access and can play would be a high priority.

Not allowing people to change passwords is just going to lead to accounts getting hacked and people dumping chips to other people.

Also, this "sweepstakes" loophole is beyond laughable. Jeff Sessions, Adelson, and such will have this site shut down before 2018.

I have tried cashing out from Global Poker, and I've sent all my documents. They continue to ask for the same documents over and over again. Anyone else had this issue? Ugh.

Is there a phone number for Global Poker, as they don't respond to any of my emails. Confused....I have tried cashing out and they won't send the money to my paypal account. They just keep asking me to send the same documents over and over again.
