Two things i find annoying.
1. When there is 3 people to the flop all limped, the pot is 3bb and there is no 1/2 pot bet button. There is only 2bb bet button. I have to manually enter the amount.
2. when the tables are minimized for multi-table and the dealer button comes around, the dealer button cover the amount I bet. I cannot see the amount.

I need help with the mtt pop up:
What is pro mode? I enabled the open table in new window under table setting. The mtt is still not popping up when it starts.

I requested a 140.00 cashout. And sent email both to support and to payments and still havent heard back as to why I was denied a cashout.

Whats up with the weekly $2500 gtd starting at 11pm? That should probably be moved back at least an hour.

1. Not really annoying, unless you size your bets 1/2 pot all the time.

2. This is annoying. I would add to this when you make the table small enough, at some point the chat box blacks out and doesn't show chat anymore. Not a huge deal imo but annoying.

Pro mode is just that, to open new tables in a new window. I don't have any problem with new mtt's opening and haven't seen complaints, the only thing I can think is to check and make sure there's not a pop up blocker running interference on the new tables opening? Also something to note (and maybe add to the mildly annoying column), when 2 tourneys start at the same time, the tourney windows open on top of each other, instead of offset or side by side, but there's nothing to bring a table you have action on to the front, so the tourney on the bottom will stay there sitting you out until you do something with that window.

I kind of agree with this. It's really late for the East coast time zones.

How about moving the 2500 gtds back 1 hour to start along side the 100 flops challenge game, and add a new smaller gtd game in the 11ET slot as a later game for the left coasters?

This is incorrect. I had this problem before and am having it again tonight, the server isn't timing out in 15 seconds. I have been trying to deposit for the past half our and have followed the trouble shooting steps provided last time via email, which are the same as the ones provided here. They are not working.

- Please make sure to log out completely your account from Global Poker website (not seeing your account name in the upper right side of the page).
- Kindly log out in your PayPal account as well.
- Clear your browser's cookies and cache (Browsing History) and close all the internet browser.
- Open new internet browser and login again your Global Poker account then proceed on purchasing.

You could also try different internet browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).

I did all this, it resolved the problem for me last time but didn't work tonight.

Changing browsers had no effect?

It is an issue on the network's server. They'd have to check their Tomcat logs for the specific reason; but since it is not a system wide thing, clearing your browser and a reboot can often clear out what is prohibiting the redirect. For whatever reason, it seems when you are trying to deposit the connection is not recognizing any account attached to the request.

I wonder if the same antivirus, proxy, or firewall is being used by the people having this problem. Just thinking aloud and seeking a Global tech input here, but could it be a permissions issue with users computer security setup?

not sure a dewd, I don't have this problem all the time though it's only happened twice, the first time logging out and clearing my cache then restarting the browser worked, tonight it didn't though.

Registered last night and I'm attempting to play today and literally nothing running that I can play with my 2 bucks. I'm not putting a dime into a site I can't try first

Some hours of the day we are very short still. But we are growing slowly but surely. Right now its 12 tables running.

So performed my first cash out and after submitting the documents funds were in my PayPal account the next day. The site has some growing to do but it has good customer service and a good product.

Hope to see some updates and improvements like synchronized breaks, a one hour only late registration and maybe a progressive jackpot.

But so far I am happy with my experience.

Can you raise the min buy-in? A lot of people buy-in for 10bb makes it not pleasant.
