How do I deposit? All I see is gold coins? Couldn't find an FAQ on the website.

Look for the "Buy Gold Coins" found at the upper right hand corner of the lobby then select a package. Right now, our minimum Gold Coins package that you could purchase costs $5. This comes with 25000 Gold Coins and a free 5 $weeps Cash included with it.

Just click on the purchase package that you wish to avail and you will be redirected to the PayPal page where you may choose from two payment options:
1 . Pay with PayPal

So there is no first deposit bonus, correct? Just the gold coins which can be used for avatars and in the store.

There are 2 types of currencies, Gold coins and $weeps Cash. Each Gold coins package also comes with a free $weeps Cash that can be used in the poker room and withdrawn via PayPal as real cash prizes.

Playing in the Daytona Freerolls. I had to stop registering because of the no synchronized breaks. Its going to be tough to play your site until this is fixed.

Another major problem is I'm having problems navigating your site (including entering lobby's and registering for tournaments) on my ipad. I press on a lobby and it will just reset to the top of the current page. Anybody else having this problem?

Oh yeah, another thing I just realized is there are no antes. Personally I would prefer antes and I don't think I've ever played in a poker tournament where antes were never implemented.

The network should add an 'About Global' page or FAQ page so it is easier to navigate and understand the entire process. The synchronized time breaks is a must though. Makes it very difficult to play more than one time start. A 9 pm and 9:30 game means you have to sit out for a bathroom break, food, etc....

You know, the games I've played are over so fast, less than 4 hours, that I am not sure the antes really matter at this point. I have sat with people that literally play every single hand until they are out. I hit several final tables of the 9:00 and 9:30 game, finished 3rd once. I think it was pretty much over by 12:30 or so.

There are so many super casual, or lost, players on the site that I don't think they even realize the antes and how much longer it extends their play if they just sit tight a few hands. Of course, the game has antes, so they do belong in the game.

Seems like they have some growing pains, but they respond fairly quickly here and rectified the snafu of the first night of the PLO tourneys by the time I got up the next morning.

I had exact same issue in my new ipad. Playing one table seemed ok, but opening a 2nd table meant I could no longer attempt to access the lobby w/out getting booted to some other page....I tried accessing thru Safari, and Google and behavior was same.

Problem goes away when I play on my desktop/google tho...

Just signed up today. Really enjoying the challenges and freerolls. Please keep this site rec friendly. Nice to see some "fun" $1/$2 games running for USA players.

I am confused with the currency. What is the use of the gold coin? Is the $weeps Cash like real money which can be cashout via Paypal?

Exactly. I was confused yesterday and got up in running in no time. The site is great so far. Very friendly games. Haven't tried cashing out yet though.

You buy gold coins (it's how their games are legal). It's sweepstakes money that is converted to real money.

I deposited and played some games and would like to see some improvement in the following area:

1. When you deposit, all the tables closes and you cannot deposit and play.
2. Can you add .1/.2 or .1/.25 for cash game?
3. How do you check what your opponent had if he mucks?
4. Sit out next bb option would be nice.
5. When you come back to table, wait for bb option would be cool!
6 When registered for mtt and when it started. It did not auto-pop up.

I like #4 and 5. As far as #6 goes, are you playing in what they call 'pro mode'? If not, the table doesn't pop out of the browser. I had that issue my first couple of hours.

1. I didn't have that problem yesterday when I deposited. Were you sitting at a table while depositing?
2. They have 10c-20c for both NLH and PLO
3. I don't think you can.
4. Pretty sure they have sit out next blind feature.
5. Agreed.
6. Use pro mode and it auto-pops up.

I really enjoy the site! But I need some assistance, I tried to do a $50 cash out yesterday at around 8am eastern after a few good heads up sessions the night before . When I check on the site it says it's pending but I never received an email with any instructions. I was expecting an email that asked for some verification documents. Later yesterday at around 6pm I sent an email to support@globalpoker.com from my email that I have registered from you, I included my username and email address and asked what else I needed to do. Normally I'd just wait but after reading on here most people are getting replys within 12 hrs, I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong? Can someone please help me figure this out?

They have the sit out next blind feature, although it's not intuitive to find. On top of the chatbox click the tab for Gameplay. There's a check box called "No more blinds", which will sit you out on your next blind position.

I keep getting an HTTP 500 error "no authorized user present" when trying to deposit with PayPal.

I got this error on my initial deposit and then on my second attempt it went through. Now I need to reload and keep getting the error. Is there any trick?
