The 8 pm plo game vanished as well. Are you going to reimburse for this?

Hi guys.

As some of you probably noticed, some of our tournaments tonite closed down mid game.
We made a new deployment yesterday and without knowing 100% I think something happened with that.

We will off course reimburse everybody for their buy ins and then some. We are really sorry about this and we will make sure to make it up to you players.

If we for any reason happen to miss anybody that played, then please contact me here and I will take care of it right away.

Just started playing on the site. I think it has great potential. However:

1. tournament breaks need to be brought up to industry standard
2. please add a preflop half pot raise button
3. When I get switched tables the new window does not open to the same size, I have to resize it, sucks when your multitabling
4. The tourney info on table is very hard to read, can we change then font/size/color
5. I feel rushed and am timing out an unusually high number of times, could just be me and I'm not familiar with the new site
6. Where's the info on the number of rebuys and add-ons in a tourny

I had $2.60 in my account, cashed for $11.20, and now I only have $11.56? Am I missing something?

Yeah you are missing the buy in fee has to be substracted from your balance.

1. Yes that is being fixed and will deploy shortly

2 Not sure when we will add more fixed buttons , but will add it to our backlog.
3 Same thing, we will add this to our backlog and fix it accordingly

2. you actually do have a 'preflop 1/2 pot raise button' but it does not pop up until somebody enters the pot before you, maybe that'll make it easier to implement

4. on the table you have info: blind levels, time to next blind level, something else i forget. I love that you have this info displayed but it is very hard to read. It is very small and an almost transparent white. It would be great if you guys could make this info easier to read. I think this is part of the reason I sometimes feel rushed and timeout

Also the tournys are starting early. According to my clock they have been starting 4 minutes early. Hopefully this will be fixed when you fix the tourny break problem.

Hey just so you know after you play for an hour it asks you whether you want to continue playing or not and the word continue is spelled wrong

Will you have to rake hands to qualify for it or is it open without raking to get in? Sounds good.

If you havent been paid, im pretty sure we are waiting on your ID DOCS. Whats your username, I look into it. We pay once a day to ALL players that have submitted their ID docs.

If our CS team says they didnt receive it then we didnt recieve it, Im gonna check if you ended up in spam somewhere. We do everything that we can do cashout everybody on a timely fashion.
