my question is...How can I rate or give an answer when the problem has not been fixed? Every ticket that I've been issued has an email following 12 hours behind, asking to rate their customer service. And every ticket has not been resolved before the customer service rating email hits, maybe wait until the situation has been taken care of before sending out those emails.
