When scrolling down the lobby. This makes for a worse player experience which Global likes to boast. Please fix.

Yes, how is this not bothering anyone else? This happened to me right after they mysteriously closed all of my tables and then held onto the money for a few hours on Thursday night.

Anybody else having this problem? And/Or know a solution?

Just to be clear, when I scroll down the lobby the tables that you have open would stay at the top of the page and alert you when action was on you by blinking and making a sound. Now I have to scroll up to the top of the lobby to see which tables I am on.

It's a pain in the behind! Playing cash games, I was use to seeing my total bank roll up in the right hand corner while playing but now I have to scroll up to the top to check it out.

I emailed them with screenshots and a video clip. At least they didn't out n out deny it's an issue like usual. It took em forever to fix the lobby updating glitch or to even acknowledge it until they were deluged with complaints. Let me suggest to you guys and anyone else to send them an email.

You have to scroll all the way to the top??? That is super ****ed up. Scrolling sucks. Drive to your nearest casino to play instead. Are you ****ing serious? I have to scroll with my mouse to find games that I can play from my home in my underwear.. Suck it up buttercup

You get irritated by people reacting negatively to a UI change that made things worse than they were before? Is that rational?

one other how do you keep changes to table and card deck selection?
i have to change them every time i log in

my question is...How can I rate or give an answer when the problem has not been fixed? Every ticket that I've been issued has an email following 12 hours behind, asking to rate their customer service. And every ticket has not been resolved before the customer service rating email hits, maybe wait until the situation has been taken care of before sending out those emails.

Ha, yeah I chuckle/eyeroll at that every time. Like my primary concern is how quickly and effectively I get a "we acknowledge your email!" response.

YESSSS! So glad they fixed it it was way more tilting than it needed to be spending 5 seconds closing out tabs haha but glad it's fixed!

If you delete your browser history/cache/cookies that will happen. If you must do it every time you close the browser then use another browser for GP only.
