Funds missing after site shut down Funds missing after site shut down

I'm missing $100 from my account. I had just sat down at a new table and bought in for $100 when the site went down for maintenance. Didnt play a single hand and when it came back up that money was gone.

Dude, you waited 30 minutes and then cried about not having an answer. These things take time. I suggest emailing support. Whining in this thread doesn’t do much unless Joey is lurking.

I think I'm missing 200-300$ myself but I'm not positive

to be fair he waited an hour and a half.

to also be fair, he posted the middle of the f night so can't envision getting a response at a time like that from a us based tiny network trying to get off the ground when 2p2 in general seems to be a dying thing. 1/10 as many active posters as the glory days.

anyways yeah i'd like an update about this as well.

the way they handle these types of things is the make or break for depositing there for me.

Yeah posting in the middle of the night isn’t going to get a speedy reply.

To fix your post, they are Australian based.. but have handled glitches/issues similar to this very well in past posts and experiences.

I would be shocked if you were missing funds and they did not make it right.

I know they are Aussie based so it was the middle of the day for them. Which is why I was expecting an email or a response here. Still nothing from them btw.

Well, I could call your tactic a lot of terrible things. I figured the word “whining” was the least offensive.

Global doesn’t own 2+2, so why cry here about it? Email them. It’s not rocket science.

If they have not yet responded, send a PM to Global rep in this forum with your username and situation.. that will likely speed things up.

*EDIT* It appears that the Global rep has not signed in since April 23rd... but it doesn't hurt to send him a PM regardless.

Same thing happened to me. Global support doesn't seem to have good records for identifying this mistake. They keep emailing me back asking me to do all the leg work.
