Funds missing after outage Funds missing after outage

I just received a response to my original email. They broke down what was on the 4 tables and returned the funds to my account just now. ~$2200

Good news. Good luck all

Got my funds as well. They need to reset the lobby or something because some game types/tables are still frozen and impossible to play.

Still waiting for mine

They paid my back the money for tournaments that froze and didn't start but they ignored the $16.50 18 mans I was in and got blinded out of. Per their policy since there were like 8/9 left in the 18 mans I should get my buy-in back + a part of the prize pool but I got nothing.

I warned you all about globals cashier issue. I noticed a table yesterday that was frozen with 5/6 players on it at 50nl. I tried clickign on it it would not open. So all 5 of those players I am pretty sure lost their money cause the table was frozen. As for the other tables they worked just fine. I had no issues since I have bought brand new comp cause they assured me it was on my end. But now that I am seeing that its not on my end that these tables are freezing on their end its worrisome. And they also never removed the table after I emailed them like 5 or 6 hrs earlier. Nobody could sit the table in that time frame. I have had this happen to me 3 or 4 times where I have been on these tables and they freeze and globals never paid me back. Only if its like this their supposed outtage and a lot of people complain. Its in their tos that they don't have to pay you back anything from what their gaming commission told me. So you play at your own risk.

Been about 26 hours and no credit my account yet either. Don't think it has ever taken this long. I didn't submit a ticket til now because they usually fixed in 24 hours. Not fun.

After sending more emails asking why I wasn't refunded for the $16.50's they replied and said as a one time courtesy they would refund those buy-ins but I didn't get any icm portion of the prize pool. I guess the buy-ins back is better than nothing, I assume someone was able to not dc as fast and won the sngs for free so they would have to go take money from him or from globals own pocket to give me my prize pool equity.

they just froze all my tables. I won 36 dollars on the last hand i played and the money didn't slide to my ID name. I look in hand history it says the hand history was never played but it says on the table hand history that i won the hand for 36 dollars. So i pulled up the hand on the table with the numbers to it and screen shot showing I won the hand and never getting the money. And i also showed it on the hand history section that it never showed up since it was the last hand it would be the first hand on the list. So its not my computer its on their end these issues. Lets see if they pay me or make the same excuse before that its not showing in my hand history. But i have it screen shot on the table hand history that i won.

So in other words, even though the problem was clearly caused by their own technical failure, since they didn't have the foresight to cancel running SNGs before some players could reconnect and speed through dead blinds by raising every hand, they're still not going to make it right? I haven't gotten so much as a response to my ticket that is over 30 hours old now, much less a refund.

I'm pretty much done with these ****s. Their CS other than on this forum is garbage; their browser-based client is garbage; this happens enough that they obviously can't handle their traffic, so their hardware is garbage; their structures and their official "do what the fish/morons who don't understand anything want" policy is garbage; although, to be fair, most of all, the DOJ, whose rulings put Americans in this situation in the first place, is ****ing garbage.

I hear you can play Bovada/Ignition now from WA using bitcoin. Anybody have any experience with that?
01-21-2019 , 12:13 AM
If you are fed up with software issues then Bovada/Ignition is not the place you want to go.

Super. Well, thanks for the heads-up.

Kind of feels like widespread violence is shaping up to be the only reasonable response. Who the **** does this DOJ ******* think he is, anyway?

Hi, everyone. Apologies for the delay in refunding your funds after the outage. We have already handled 90% of the cases but just in case you're still waiting for your funds, please comment your Zendesk ticket id so I can follow up for you. Thank you!

i am wondering are these outages do to ddos attacks?

**** these lying *********** pieces of ****. I finally just got a response telling me that "...we have a list of games that were affected, and unfortunately, your SNGs were not affected". They then go on to clarify that they don't have any control over "player error" or "personal connectivity" issues. As if it's somehow my fault that their entire ****ing site crashed, and as if it's not their fault that they kept some games running during that timeframe so that some players could take advantage.

I coincidentally tried to open a new game lobby at the point of the crash, and it only loaded a blank page that wouldn't load. My games were still going at the time, but since it's impossible to remove these blank pages without refreshing the main lobby, I did so, at which point my tables closed and the site turned into a blank white page, after which I was unable to log back into the site for about 10 minutes. After 2 minutes I came here and saw others talking about the site being down, etc, so I didn't stress too much about it since it was obvious it wasn't a problem on my end. It's possible that had I not refreshed the lobby during that time, I would not have been kicked; maybe my particular games really did "keep going". But that doesn't explain why, when I finally was able to get the site to load again, at least two other players were sitting out and being blinded out like me. Unless they coincidentally also tried to refresh the site during that time window.

Either way its completely ****ing unacceptable for them to try to act like "my games weren't affected" or that my inability to get back on the site immediately had anything to do with "personal data connectivity" issues. What a bunch of ****ing bull****.

The compensated me 20 bucks out of the 36 I won. I don't really understand how I only got 20 out of that but its better then nothing. If i didn't screen shot it I am sure i would I got 0 back. So make sure if you guys have any sort of error to screen shot it and at the same time you have to pull up your hand history to show its not showing in the hand history section to prove you won the money and its not being recorded.

Its bad karma for you taking Globals side when players would come on 2+2 complaining about the issues with Global. You and your band of buddies would come on and make us out as crazy or liars. Now look at you. The wheels have come off. You better screen shot the issue along with a screen shot of hand history to prove your case or your not getting a dime back. But I definitely believe you that you lost money due to the outage, but the hand histories get erased money is gone.

I'm may not be above making fun of idiots for saying stupid idiot things, but I have never "taken Global's side". This is the second time you've tried to talk that ****ing bull****. I'm in no mood for your ****ing nonsense and wannabe gloating so hows about you shut your literally stupid ****ing mouth.

Look. My last response was a bit salty, so while I'm certainly not going to apologize for blowing up at some dude who's trying to gloat over my frustration, I do feel compelled to explain to you why your gloating is entirely misplaced.

In case you don't recall, here is the entirety of our relationship:

- You posted a thread called "I'VE BEEN HACKED!" or something along those lines. If you don't understand why 100% of posters are going to see that and immediately assume you're a moron, then maybe you really are just a moron. (By the way, how did that whole situation play out? Were you hacked?)

- That being said, I don't even think I made fun of you for that. Pretty sure I didn't speak up until you made the statement that "it's impossible for a human to play 100 SNGs in 3 hours [without using disallowed programs]". At that point I came in a little salty and made fun of you, but in no way was that "taking Global's side". I was simply taking the truth's side. Not suffering foolish comments is kind of a thing with me; furthermore, I was at the time more than a bit annoyed about the prevalence of all these idiotic, anti-reg, "you must be a robot!" comments, which were, almost 100% of the time, unfounded. Yours was just another in a long line, and I got fed up with it. Note however that saying "it is not impossible" is not in any way saying "that person was definitely a human and you could not possibly be correct about it being a bot [or whatever]". And again none of this has anything to do with Global itself.

- I would also like to point out that I started the above mentioned post with "If those two numbers (3 hours, 100 SNGs) are all you're going by...". This was me giving you an opportunity to provide more details that supported your statement, beyond just your inaccurate belief that those numbers were impossible in and of themselves. You provided nothing more, and I moved on, fairly confident that it was now understood that you had zero idea what you were talking about.

- Pretty sure the only positive posts I've made about Global itself have been in the cashout thread. Again, this was just me telling the truth: it is a fact that I have been cashing out regularly since the WP switch, and it is a fact that each time it has come quickly and smoothly. It is also a fact that this has pleased me. (Although note that if anyone bothered to ask, I would say it's probably my credit union that ensures these things go smoothly, not Global). I posted these facts once, maybe twice over the course of some months (even though I made many more cashouts during that time and didn't report on every single one) in the appropriate thread. You apparently had a problem with people telling the truth in a relevant thread, because I believe that was the first time you called me a "shill" for Global. Which... ****ing lol dude. I'm trying to be civil here but even typing that out has me facepalming on your behalf so hard that it's really hard to resist calling you a moron again. That kind of stupid and literally ignorant comment (accusation, really) is always going to annoy the **** out of me and get you a fiery response.

- The final thing to note is that of the 100ish other posts I've made since frequenting this forum, pretty much all of them are complaining about something about Global's software, or policy, or timebank, or structures, etc. While I had no problem telling the truth about being pleased with cashouts, I was also no stranger to telling the truth about all the things that displease me about Global. Which has happened way more than me saying something nice about them. I've literally said at least once that "if there were any other place I could play from WA, I would". Does that sound like something a "Global shill" would say?

No its impossible to play 100 sngs in 3 hrs on that software. And I checked his hrs played it was out of character for him to play that many at once. Its obvious when people are using bots and hot keys. Its just ego cause I don't know maybe you want to relationship with the dude. But this is about ethics not your feelings for another player. Its comical your still sticking up for a player that obviously used hot keys or a bot on software thats impossible to put heavy volume on. Why don't you play on you tube and play 100 sngs in 3 hrs to prove me wrong instead of calling people nuts. From all the tech issues you have you should have enough common sense to know its not possible without timing out on several tables. You don't have to apologize about your rants either. I understand you have high school mindset. I had that too in my teens I get it. So no apology needed.
