Last night I jumped on to global for the first time and registered for the $3 1r1a. My table popped up and I was able to see the table and players after about 60 seconds of a black screen. No chips or cards were viewable (small and big blind).

Is this a known issue? I closed out of the website multiple times and tried to bring up the table but the same thing happened. Each time the website/table froze and I received the message “website not responding” and “trying to recover website”.

Any help would be appreciated!

The site does have it's bugs / issues but the one you are describing hasn't happen to me as of yet. The odd ( very odd ) time I will have to refresh my browser due to the GP lobby not opening up. Since the site is browser based, I expect that to happen from time to time. But it always works after a refresh.

Change browsers (chrome, internet explorer, etc.-for the layman)
