The ID verification process was overall fairly smooth and seamless. I initiated my first withdraw and immediately received an email to send in documents to verify my ID. I sent in my drivers license and a letter from my health insurance provider for the second piece. License was accepted first time, but I had to resend new photos of the letter 3 separate times as it was not a clear picture/ needed to see all 4 edges of the letter ect. I finally used my good camera and not my phone and was able to get a clear and crisp picture of the complete letter and resend it in.

I checked my email the next morning and received an email stating my ID verification was approved along with my withdraw being approved. Checked paypal and it was indeed in my account.

So from the time of requesting the first payout, to getting it into my account was 24-30hrs. This includes me resending the one documents 3 times over several hours. I am very pleased with Global overall and I would recommend them to anyone that asked.

Also wanted to add that each time I resent the pictures, I would receive a reply with an hour, sometimes even within minutes of sending it, even though it was late at night (9-11pm EST)
