Extremely similar names at same tables

Recently I've been seeing pairs of accounts that have very similar names sitting at the same tables, esp SnG's. Here are a couple made up examples of how the names are similar:
Robin88 - Rudolf99
Jingle3456 - Janey3480
I know similar account names happen naturally sometimes but in these cases it looks like blatant mulitaccounting by people who dont even put in the effort to diguise the accounts. Anyone notice these?

i think it's more likely you're noticing patterns that are purely coincidental
in dfs hockey there's a pretty big account that plays as "mike" and there's all these other mikes (like mike88, mike3204, mike7809 that will appear for a month or two and disappear
this is really noticeable when the high stakes pool is about a dozen people and you have one of the biggest accounts named mike and all these satellite mikes that come and go
for the longest time i felt like it was more than a coincidence, even tracked all their contests and lineups trying to find evidence of collusion where they make optimal pivots vs each other etc
couldn't find anything, just turns out that mike is a popular name and people named mike apparently like to use it in their screename
see if they are always at the same tables don't base it off names

If you were going to cheat, in any capacity, why would you intentionally make things obvious?
