Anyway we can get a list of changes, if any when there is downtime?

It seems every time there has been maintenance lately, stuff has changed and it would be nice to know what changes were made.

This morning my Global interface is all messed up. It won't let me have more than 1 table open at 1 time.

It said that in order to enable Pro mode, I had to enable pop-ups. I think I managed to do that, but I still have the same problem.

I will reboot my computer now, and see if that helps.

Have no issues opening more than one table. Must be something on your end.

I re-booted and it seems better. I don't know if I am in Pro-mode. How can I find out, and change it if necessary?

There's a button that says pro mode and then on/off at the top of the lobby. If your tables are appearing in a separate tab then you aren't in pro mode.

I don't see the Pro-mode button.

it is still down for me. I am thinking its a server locality thing, because it seems some players are on and playing based on other posts in the forums. Like the chip dumping thread, it would be tough to report chip dumping if the site was down for everyone.

But with that said, I am in the same boat and cannot connect to the site. Homepage still comes up and shows my sweeps cash balance, so that is good news.

I still can't login, still gives me an error

Some people are still in. It will let you in randomly. The tables are still full I got in twice but accidently refreshed the page and when I go to log back in it don't let me

Exact same story here. Clear cache, cookies. Try incognito mode, different browser...nothing. I wish I did not send a password reset request, just adds to the possible problems logging in eventually.

Absolutely, I did a couple of those.

I typed in the password that I changed it to, got the same issue, and my account is finally locked for 30 minutes. I just emailed support telling them I still can not log in and now my account is locked. You would think they would be able to reset it to like your birthday or something
