Can not log in from my cell phone either.

If you really think that just because a front end rep hasn't posted in this thread recently means that the people in charge don't care that a percentage of their player pool can't generate rake money for them right now then I'm not sure what I can tell you. We know how they love their high rake.

I am able to login right now. I wasn't online at the height of the issues so I'm not sure that I wouldn't have been able to play then. I can definitely understand your frustration though and I hope that it's resolved soon.

No no I still cannot login as of 4:30 a.m. from Buffalo New York. Today is Friday. I was able to log into America's card room but I prefer Global now

Thanks I appreciate it, as of 850am central time today (Friday) I am still receiving the invalid username or password error, i know its the correct password because it's not giving me the lockout account warning, I've put in the wrong password and it has to given me that warning so I know my password is correct

I would be cool with just creating another account and having them just transfer my money over but support is just giving me the run around, they have no idea what the issue is

I agree with the making a new account and swapping over balance. If we give them all our verification info we should be able too. It almost seems something is wrong with our e-mail or passwords. With all I have tried in changing settings on my laptop, and even trying to use my cell phone not on my wi-fi, and still getting the error messages they are missing something in their attempts to resolve the problem.

100% they should allow you to make a new account. I'm shocked that no one from the site is dealing with these people here.

could the title of this thread be changed? or, could a new thread be made specific to these people's problem?

In each of my e-mails to them I let them know there was this thread here. I also posted and messaged them through their Facebook page. I have missed like 12 Eagle cup trnys.

Exactly, I might actually create one, but I do agree. They are definitely missing something when it comes to resolving this issue. I explained to them that by typing in the incorrect password multiple times you will receive the warning of "2 more incorrect attempts will result in a locked account for 30 minutes". However, I know my password is correct because it never brings up that warning, it just keeps saying invalid username or password.

I just emailed support again telling them that it is the 5th day and I still can not log in. I brought up the possibility of creating a new account and having my balance and information transferred. If they can not, I just told them to please just cash me out with my remaining balance.

I wanted to create a thread dedicated to the users still having this issue as of this past Monday/Early Tuesday after the update. I have emailed support several times and have gone through all the steps instructed by them to try to log in. I've cleared my cache, cookies, incognito browser, changed setting, even changed my password several times and I still receive this email. I noticed if you do indeed type in the incorrect password a few times it will give you the warning of "2 more incorrect password attempts will result in a 30 minute lock of the account".

So I know I am typing in the correct password because I am not receiving that warning but I still get the "Invalid username or password" error. Sorry again for going way off topic in the previous thread. Anyone having the same issues please post on here and tell your story. I am trying to have patience but it is just frustrating to not be able to access your account and more importantly your money.

Apologies for the delay in getting some of you back on the site. Our IT team is working through this trying to understand how best to fix the problem.

Can those of you that have requested an account change let me know what feedback you get on this.

I sent the email to support about an account change about 5 minutes ago, I also created a new thread just for this topic. I will let you know what they tell me, and Thanks for responding.

Just so you know I merged that thread back into this one.

Reason being it helps me help you guys. There are only a few of us who look at these forums and IT people only see when I share them a link to a page.

Being able to share this one with lots of posts has helped me highlight the importance whereas having multiple places people are posting dilutes the message a bit.

Please keep everything here. They are aware of it and those of us who monitor these pages understand how frustrated this is for affected players.

We will.keep making noise internally on your behalf!

Most recent reply from Global (I have already told them I changed my settings, seems they do not read my messages to them very well). And take note...Of course I want to " immediately gain access" To the website...duh!

After a recent technical upgrade to our website, some customers may be experiencing temporary connectivity issues due to updated DNS configurations. Please note that these issues will resolve automatically within a 24 hour period. We would also suggest that you disable all browser add-ons/extensions or browse using private/incognito mode.

However, if you wish to immediately gain access to our website and are comfortable enough in adjusting your network settings, we suggest that you configure your device to use Google's DNS server settings with the relevant steps provided below.

Right-click on your internet connection icon from your notification icons, choose "Open network and sharing center"


Click on your connection name


Click on Properties



Double click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)



Choose "Use the following DNS server addresses" and set the preferred DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and alternate server to 8.8.4.4

Please let us know if this works.
