Global and other online gaming sites will be fine however funding our accounts may not be as easy.

Financial institutions (banks and credit cards) will be more diligent as to verifying where the money is being transferred to and what it is for.

I believe Worldpay might get a little skittish, but they have been processing payments for online gaming sites all over the world for years so probably not.

Global, as currently structured is a sweepstakes model. That does not fall inside the auspices of the tightest interpretation of the Wire Act. Shouldn't be an issue.

Shouldn't be. Keep in mind, processors get paid to process payments. Global sends the payment and it's non-descript. The Wire Act, along with others, is pretty specific. You should be fine as of now
