I emailed support, you are correct. The language was confusing to me. IIRC a Global Rep mentioned they were working on a way to let us know how much we have progressed upon the play through of Sweeps Coins requests. I thought they may have added that feature. I mailed about twenty sweeps requests a few weeks ago but it might be another month before I get credited so it was puzzling how I could Play Through something I hadn't received.
