Not sure that no customer service phone number or 24/hr chat is unacceptable. Many internet based companies don't offer this.
But I will agree, the general vibe I am getting is support is taking longer than it used to. Hopefully it picks back up soon. They just got done with the grizzly series, but I don't see why that would bog them down that much
