Long story short, I haven’t played online poker for a few years. I don’t have access to my old account or email info so I created a new account 3 days ago. I sent Global a long winded respectful email asking if I could please have any account associated with my name closed and to open this new one while forfeiting any potential new deposit bonus. I am looking to deposit 1000USD but just want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row and my account is in good standing before I complete the process. Any help?

Multi accounting breaks the TOS. Major mistake creating a new 2nd account without first hearing back from them. Your ducks are not all in a row now. Do not deposit yet as they can and most likely will confiscate the funds and perma-ban you as they have done so to others in the past.

They actually responded, closed previous account for me and respectfully let me know to make sure I only use new account. I was upfront and respectful and was surprised with their response. Free to deposit/withdraw now, customer service was actually A++
