206 words, 1 number and 5 abbreviations without a period. (And "broheim", haven't heard that in years. Love it!)

Your complaint is valid. I notice whenever someone posts something on this "HELPFUL" forum, they are immediately discredited and discouraged.

I have noticed some unusual patterns lately on global and would also suggest everyone stop playing there. There are signs that the site is no longer being maintained properly.

I hope you get your money. Its a huge pain once they stop assisting, and there is no legal recourse. Ignore all the hateful comments on here

There is no legal recourse against a publicly traded company? Do tell...

I'm having problems as well. I in their own words separately validated my ID/address/banking info but because I don't have the ability to have all 3 shown in one place on a bank statement they won't validate my account. **** is really stupid and I just want my money.

Little tip on dealing with companies over the internet... Something I have learned over the years... it is very simple and effective... Be as nice as you can in emails! It goes very far!

These are called "forums" not "helpful forums". Where did you get the idea that they were only supposed to be helpful? Sure they can be, but by all means they are not exclusive to being helpful. How boring that would be if it were the case. Such a snowflake.

Didn't hear many good things about Global Poker. I've been looking for a poker site to play on. On Ignition now, not impressed with the site and game options, some of the guys at the local club suggested Global, does anyone here give it a good recommendation ?I'm living in Hawaii, not many options since black Friday, any suggestions welcome.

Go to the cashout verification thread and see that there are plenty of people withdrawing, plus all the people who are withdrawing and depositing who don't comment. Also, there wouldn't be streamers like TheGoldenBlazer or regs if there were significant issues on the site. These sensational headlined threads are one off and have historically been user errors.

Thank you persianpunisher, I did check out the other threads. It's good to have a solid poker community to support and inform one another. Only question left is best method of deposit, with consideration of withdrawal ease and cost. I again reach out for thoughts and insights on this aspect of Global Poker. Thank you to the community !

You need to use a card that allows international purchases since they use World Pay which is a UK based company.

You should be fine here, but if you find that it's not to your liking then the thread below is where you will find some of your other options. You don't need to read the whole thread. Reading the OP and the last few pages should give you a pretty good idea about what your options are.

How does people being jerks make his complaint valid?

He did have a period at the end of his first sentence, so he likely meant that he agreed with the OP and then became a bit of a social justice warrior in his second point.

The reality is that OPs like this more often then not never come back to the forum after they post their initial rant, so replies to the OP or even a valiant defence of him are generally a waste of time.
